Blake showed up right on time and was very friendly and polite. I am a tool guy so I had to nose around his van and eye ball what he had. The equipment that he used was immaculate and neatly stored away which told me from the get go that he cares about what he is doing and the services that he offers. (In my profession how someone take care of their tools and equipment says a lot about the person using them. Which at the end of the carpet cleaning only reaffirmed what I had thought when I was looking in his van.) As Blake was unrolling his hoses and setting up I was inquiring about the processes that he uses and he was more than happy to explain everything to me. Once Blake fired up his carpet cleaner he got down to the business at hand. He made our four year old carpet that I have only ran a vacuum across once or twice a week look like new carpet was just installed. I will definitely be recommending his services to my friends and coworkers. Also when he was finished he gave me a complementary pineapple which I will be enjoying for the next few days as a snack. EXACTLY WHAT I've been looking for. Their online designing platform, SO SIMPLE to use. They have a lot of product options AND they were able to print my very detailed design quickly. The ordering process was also super easy to go through and even the pickup process. Customer service is very friendly and prompt to answer questions. Even though the embroidery agent works in a different department, she took time out to check on my orders and make sure that they were completely done before I made the 45 minute trip back that way to pick it up. I had my shirts made before I needed them. The printing and quality of the print, is very vibrant. I'm glad they were able to keep the bright colors even on a white colored t-shirt. I've washed my shirts like many times (lol) and the color still stays vibrant. I try not to dry my t-shirts when they've been customized, but I do with these. They still look awesome. We live in a time where good service is in extreme scarcity. Fortunately, my first experience with…read moreOSH Cut does not embody these times. Their website is very good and allowed me to upload my designs and easily specify where I needed holes tapped. Any warnings or blockers were well communicated and this allowed me to get exactly what I needed. Parts arrived quickly and were cut and bent exactly as specified. One of the two brackets I received had minor rough edges (which I didn't pay for deburring) and the other was perfect. Here is where I must note that I only ordered one of these. They sent me two. And this is a theme. I ordered 1x of another part, which also came out perfect, and got 3x. 6x of the final part I ordered and I got 7x. Keep in mind these were all small parts, but OSH Cut did NOT need to send me extras. If it's part of their process to cut extras in case something goes wrong, they could have easily recycled the extras and pocketed the scrap cost. But no, they sent them to me. If I ever need them, I have them. For free. I am also very happy that my designs turned out perfectly the first time, but had they not, that wouldn't have been on OSH Cut. They followed the designs to a tee. So yeah, I'm very happy and I will not hesitate to work with OSH Cut again should I need metal parts fabricated. I highly recommend them!
