They manufacture their own covers. This does mean it takes a little longer to get them installed, but it also means they are more guaranteed to fit your window wells. Not all Window wells are the same and that was true with even the ones for the home that they did for me. They were different sizes so going to a place that manufactures their own covers was an absolute must. They had a special going and it put their price better than anyone else I contacted. I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I purchased railings and a spiral staircase from…read morethem and they installed the railings incorrectly. The joined several parts with tab connectors, and the installer did not properly weather seal it. Last year I noticed my steel post were swelling and reached out to Stefan who was my sales point of contact. He told me "this has never happened before" and they offered no assistance. I paid for a painter to resand down the post and repaint, and had the same issue this year. After inspecting the install closer, I realized that all of the tab connectors were not sealed and they have been letting in water and snow for years. I drilled a small pilot hole and gallons of water came out. I called Stefan and asked how can we resolve this since this is a product of their poor installation practices. I was told "I took this phone call as a courtesy but the warranty is up." They do not stand by their products at all, and I even said I planned to fix this all myself, I was not looking for a handout, but just wanted to know what the backup plan would be. Stefan offered zero assistance and was rude, and told me there is no resolution. I would highly advise you find another company for metal fabrication-- if a company isn't willing to do the right thing when they installed it wrong, their word means nothing. I wish I could give them zero stars and went with another company. Buyer beware.

Please keep in mind that the projects I have them do are not there bread and butter, nor do I send them a ton of business. Communication is not their strong suit, which would go a long way towards increasing my rating of them. Custom work lately has been less than desirable, but its been stellar in the past. I have some amazing garage workbenches that I love. If you need some metal fabrication give them a try, just be specific about what you want and be patient.
