Jason not only answered my call on a Saturday but also walked me through directions to his shop and was very interested to see how best he could help us. We limped the trailer to the shop and he was immediately on it. He was able to fully reassemble, expertly weld, and repaint the damaged section, also adding extra gusset plates to the weakened areas. He even rewired the lights! The invoice I received was very professional and broke down everything that was done and any preventative actions I should take in the future. It also included detailed color photos for our record which was a great touch. All said and done Titan Forge helped save us in our time of need and I cannot recommend their work, craftsmanship and professionalism more.

Working in the robotics field I am typically making one-off or small batch parts, which are typically much more expensive than large production runs. OSH has an immediate pricing tool after uploading your drawing with a great variety of materials and thicknesses to choose from. Gone are the days of sending an email, waiting a day or two for a response, then haggling to try to get the best offer. Instead you are able to see in real time how your $/unit changes per part added, and suddenly I find myself getting ordering spares for parts I didn't know I needed! All orders I have done have been (.125" 6061 Aluminum, .125" 7075 Aluminum, .1875" AR500, .25" AR500) in the last year have met or exceeded my expectation on pricing, speed, and quality. All items are packaged with plastic wrap and are tightly packaged. Lastly, their team is such a pleasure to work with. You can tell that they are proud of the quality of parts they are putting out, and they work hard to make sure all client expectations are meet with care. Their website is very good and allowed me to upload my designs and easily specify where I needed holes tapped. Any warnings or blockers were well communicated and this allowed me to get exactly what I needed. Parts arrived quickly and were cut and bent exactly as specified. One of the two brackets I received had minor rough edges (which I didn't pay for deburring) and the other was perfect. Here is where I must note that I only ordered one of these. They sent me two. And this is a theme. I ordered 1x of another part, which also came out perfect, and got 3x. 6x of the final part I ordered and I got 7x. Keep in mind these were all small parts, but OSH Cut did NOT need to send me extras. If it's part of their process to cut extras in case something goes wrong, they could have easily recycled the extras and pocketed the scrap cost. But no, they sent them to me. If I ever need them, I have them. For free. I am also very happy that my designs turned out perfectly the first time, but had they not, that wouldn't have been on OSH Cut. They followed the designs to a tee. So yeah, I'm very happy and I will not hesitate to work with OSH Cut again should I need metal parts fabricated. I highly recommend them!

Nice showroom and seemingly nice guys. But that is where things stop. I was a contractor in Arizona…read morefor 24 years. Deposits were required, but usually around 30%. I was a little surprised that they require payment in full before the order is placed. Now I know why. They do not have their own install crews. They sub everything out and stand behind absolutely NOTHING! The LVT crew they hired got started and reached a point where they didn't know how to finish. The installer said he had to go to another job and would be back to finish in a few days. He demanded to be paid for the extras before he left. I called Knotty Alder and they said any extras must be paid. I told they weren't done yet and he hadn't finished the "extras" anyhow. Well, I paid him and the installer never came back. The company sent out a different guy who said they screwed everything up and the guy was a tile installer who had never done LVT before. Right after placing the order, we decided not to carpet an area in the basement. I called John and he said there were no refunds after the order was placed. I said I understand about the carpet, but the installer supplies the pad and they will not be doing the labor. He said we would have to see. They kept the extra padding and no refund on the labor, even after being charged several hundred for the LVT "extras" that were never even done (I ended up removing and installing the toilets myself even though I paid for that. John said it states in the contract that they don't do toilets. But the installer was fine to do it, but he took the money and never returned). After you pay them, they have you do all the calling and scheduling with the installer even though you have no contract with them. The installers drag out fixing the problems for months at a time and when they do come out, they normally say they don't have the materials or tools needed, or they need to get something through Knotty Alder. Knotty Alder will charge you for anything it takes to finish the job, even if it was supposed to be included and already paid for, When we couldn't get the installers back I texted pictures to John and asked if he could get someone out to finish. He would just ask for more pictures. After a year of this he told my wife "sorry, the warranty period has expired." So it appears that the strategy is to charge in full before placing an order, don't take any responsibility for their subs (they were not my subs), let the subs take advantage of their clients, do shoddy work, charge for extras they don't do, tell you to schedule everyone on your own and then after you can't get things resolved they say "too bad, your year is up!" We are still trying to get the installers to finish things and we have offered to pay them. Same results as before, wrong tool or don't have this or that... In some ways I think Knotty Alder has thrown the installers under the bus. We bought the very best LVT flooring they carry. Not only were there install issues, but the edges are delaminating and turning up. Knotty Alder has there money and they wash their hands of EVERYTHING. The installer didn't purchase the material, so it appears they have no leverage or support from the manufacturer. So we are stuck in the middle with no help or support from the only people we had a contract with and they take NO responsibility after the payment in full is made. In the end, I realize they have a nice showroom, but they are not the "nice guys" I thought. The way they have treated us is totally disgraceful and unethical. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE based on our experience.
