Their website is very good and allowed me to upload my designs and easily specify where I needed holes tapped. Any warnings or blockers were well communicated and this allowed me to get exactly what I needed. Parts arrived quickly and were cut and bent exactly as specified. One of the two brackets I received had minor rough edges (which I didn't pay for deburring) and the other was perfect. Here is where I must note that I only ordered one of these. They sent me two. And this is a theme. I ordered 1x of another part, which also came out perfect, and got 3x. 6x of the final part I ordered and I got 7x. Keep in mind these were all small parts, but OSH Cut did NOT need to send me extras. If it's part of their process to cut extras in case something goes wrong, they could have easily recycled the extras and pocketed the scrap cost. But no, they sent them to me. If I ever need them, I have them. For free. I am also very happy that my designs turned out perfectly the first time, but had they not, that wouldn't have been on OSH Cut. They followed the designs to a tee. So yeah, I'm very happy and I will not hesitate to work with OSH Cut again should I need metal parts fabricated. I highly recommend them!

They manufacture their own covers. This does mean it takes a little longer to get them installed, but it also means they are more guaranteed to fit your window wells. Not all Window wells are the same and that was true with even the ones for the home that they did for me. They were different sizes so going to a place that manufactures their own covers was an absolute must. They had a special going and it put their price better than anyone else I contacted. The covers are just what I want them to be. Great to work with they do a good job. I am actually using them again right now for my home. I definitely recommend them.

Absolutely horrible job. None of the fence posts are straight...2-3" out of plumb. It doesn't even…read morefollow the contour of the ground. Some of the posts are even shorter than the fence panels! It's as if I hired high school kids who had never built a fence before to do the job. Totally unacceptable, but if he had at least fixed one of the really bad posts I would have been satisfied enough to not have to waste my time writing this review. The only thing worse than the quality of the fence was his service...too much bad to say to even begin. Some details: Adam installed a vinyl fence with gates (total about 30') last November 2022 but it was way out of plumb (especially the latch post of the 10' gate, which was over 2" out of plumb). He promised to come take a look after Thanksgiving but didn't. I contacted him but he said he had other jobs and couldn't come until after Christmas. He didn't come. I contacted him again and he said he had other high priority jobs and couldn't come until after the new year. After contacting him several more times I was finally able to get him to come mid-January and reset the gate latch post, but he put it in essentially the same place...still 2" out of plumb. For several months he kept promising me he'd get it fixed but kept putting me off behind other jobs. In August 2023 a storm destroyed the gate (because he failed to put a couple important bolts in the latch). He fixed the broken gate (but he charged me another $150 to do it), but he didn't get to the post repair because it started to rain. He said he would come back and fix it in a couple days when the rain stopped. After several more weeks of trying to get him to come back, and after he kept putting me behind other "high priority" jobs, he finally said he was upset about problems with his help, with the industry, and with the country and he refused to fix my gate post because "it just isn't worth it". Wow! That was professional. I will probably have to end up hiring another company to redo the entire fence and suing Adam Jensen for the entire cost. Reviewers who gave this company greater than 2 stars must have been reviewing some other company...it couldn't have possibly been Adam Jensen Fencing. I gave him one star but would prefer if I could give -5!!
