While my husband and I were looking for someone to install our TV, mount, and sound bar and run the…read morenecessary wiring we came across K2 Home Solutions. After reading his reviews we called Kenyon and asked him to come out and give us a quote. He was extremely polite and agreed to come out the following week. The morning of the consultation we received a text letting us know he had a sick child at home and would need to come later that day. We let him know that was not a problem and we rearranged our schedule as needed. Kenyon came out to our home, reviewed the project with my husband, gave us estimate while he was there and let us know he would send a quote via email later that evening. Based upon the estimate he gave us while in our home we were expecting a certain price however when we received the quote it was quite a bit higher than anticipated. My husband let Kenyon know that the quote was higher than we were expecting and more than we wanted to spend on this project so we were going to pass on his services. Kenyon was extremely kind and let us know that he would hate to lose a client based upon a small price difference and he would be willing to complete the project for the cost we had expected based upon the home visit. We agreed and scheduled the installation for the following week (10/26). On install day we received the following text message from him: "Sorry for the late notice, but I've had something come up that needs my attention. Can we reschedule our meeting/install to the first part of next week? We've had a family emergency and I need to leave town. Please let me know as soon as you can. Thanks and sorry." We responded and let him know that rescheduling was not a problem and we hoped everything was okay at which point we rescheduled the install for the following Monday (10/31) at 10:00am. Two hours before the installation was scheduled to occur we received the following text: "After much consideration, I am going to respectfully decline to move forward with your project. I am very sorry for the late notice. I appreciate your patience the past week. I am simply moving my career and focus in a different direction. Thank you for reaching out to me." While Kenyon was very polite in all of our interactions, in the end we waited two weeks and had every single appointment rescheduled to end up in the same position we started in - TV still in the box and not mounted in our home. If you are searching for someone to professionally mount your TV I would recommend trying another company.

We’ve been doing this for over a decade, and our reputation is built on doing things the right way, even when it takes more time. We focus on proper placement, hidden wiring, and finished results that look intentional once people are actually living in the space. No visible cords. No rushed installs. No shortcuts. We regularly mount TVs on drywall, tile, brick, stone, plaster, shiplap, and other finished surfaces. Fireplace installs, Frame TVs, MantelMount systems, soundbars, and full home theater setups are a core part of our work. We take pride in our craftsmanship, communicate clearly, and leave homes better than we found them. All of our work is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty.

Our home needed a few updates to get it ready to sell. We chose to hire Carlos based on his 5-star…read morereviews and stellar work ethic. We quickly learned that Carlos is simply amazing! He lives up to his reputation. He is thoughtful, kind, and conscientious. He is careful and meticulous in everything he does. His work is perfection. He can fix anything and everything, from the big things (replacing windows) to the little things (caulking) to all the in-between things (changing out fixtures and hardware, electrical work, and repairing drywall)! More importantly, we knew that our home was in good hands. He has such a calming influence and helped us determine what could be repaired and what needed to be replaced. Carlos was more than willing to add additional tasks once we started the process. Now that we have completed all the updates, we see his flawless work throughout our entire home. He was so encouraging and the very best person to guide us through the entire process. We are so pleased with the final results! We listed our home for sale on Friday afternoon, and within three days, we had 33 showings and 5 offers. Our home went under contract on Tuesday morning. We could not have done any of this without Carlos! We highly recommend him and his work!

It still wasn't clearing steam but the bathroom wasnt used much so I didn't think much about it. I now have a child back home and it needed to work. Another bid advised another new fan and a very high price. Carlos was the voice of reason suspecting it wasn't hooked up to a vent and provided a fair bid. The steam had no where to go but the ceiling crawl space. Yikes! Carlos installed an outside vent and it clears the air perfectly. After an incorrect installation and suggested unnecessary replacement from two other companies, I'm glad I found Carlos. I would highly recommend Carlos. He's fair, honest and skilled at what he does.

I opted to fill out the contact form on their website and provide my information. A few hours later I received a text from Chayla of SHA and we began the conversation, hammering out the details. After several messages back and forth, the responses stopped coming from SHA. I had been quickly responsive to all of their messages and was hoping to schedule something ASAP. Unfortunately, it never made it to that point. I am really disappointed that one of the highest rated local companies in this category would so willingly disregard a customer like this. As you can see from my attached photo, I was sending my responses very quickly and they were not waiting long periods of time to hear back from me. It's almost like the work day ended and they just decided to punch out and leave me high and dry. Thankfully I was able to find another local installer who came by and did a fantastic job after a highly responsive and pleasant conversation. I do NOT recommend Strong Home Automation. I am extremely disappointed at their lack of professionalism and absolute disregard for my time and business.

I had a television that was not repairable. I understand that not everything is, I'm ok with that…read more I was however disappointed in the customer service aspect of my experience. The "no hassle warranty" turned out to be a tremendous hassle. Multiple trips to and from the shop, transporting the TV each time + bad communication, unreturned phone calls & emails. I eventually did get my money back, but it took over a month, and felt like pulling teeth every step of the way. I am defiantly not a repeat customer.

Instead of taking the TV back apart to identify the problem, the tech said he would have the warranty company send me a new remote, which any fool could have figured out was not the problem because both remotes worked before the "repair". So, I was left with a less functional TV after the repair than before. The tech acted like he could care less and just wanted to leave. I wouldn't hire them again to change the remote batteries, let alone fix a TV. Update: Owner contacted me in response to my review, above. He seemed genuinely concerned about my experience and blamed his tech's inability to fix my problem on limitations put on them by the warranty company. Maybe so. But his concern would have been much more appreciated (and valuable) if it had come at the time of the service and not in response to a bad review. Like maybe if the tech had told him about my outcome and he had contacted me the next day to see if he could help. That's not what happened. Instead, I had to fight with the warranty company to get my problem (which didn't exist before the repair) resolved.
