No call to tell us they were going to be late. Carpet on landing not cut under doors, but cut outside doors so you can see the room carpet in hallway. Very sloppy. Now, they won't send out the carpet installers to fix even though we've paid over $6,100. They refuse to make it right. I would never recommend this business again as things stand now.
