The location of the private residence where the LVP was installed is 1020 Bear Lake Blvd. Garden City, Utah 84028. A professional assessment was performed by an independent flooring contractor and advised the Image Home Décor, LP installation of LVP stair tread and bullnose tread caps was installed improperly and identified the following issues: * The LVP stair tread and bullnose tread caps were not installed flush to the underlying and supporting wood staircase structure leaving gaps and overhangs between the LVP stair tread and bullnose tread caps which resulted in them cracking and breaking. * The stairs do not adhere to building codes and safety standards. * The cracking and breaking is a safety hazard which could allow parties using the stairs to unexpectedly slip or fall.
