Vinyl techs took 6 weeks to complete and salesperson was slow to get things resolved. Carpet techs left fingerprints all over our doors and walls. No apologies. No offer to clean. Carpet techs left old carpet pieces scattered all over the upstairs. Carpet techs were awful. They showed up a half day late making me take a 1/2 day off work. No call to tell us they were going to be late. Carpet on landing not cut under doors, but cut outside doors so you can see the room carpet in hallway. Very sloppy. Now, they won't send out the carpet installers to fix even though we've paid over $6,100. They refuse to make it right. I would never recommend this business again as things stand now.

They waited to be tipped saying they were done, the husband looked around at the mess and decided not to tip. Then our friend told us about Ward's and we got MUCH better carpet and a way better pad for less than the Home Depot quote. Our carpet was installed within two weeks (quicker than Home Depot!) and two years later we still love it! After we got our carpet installed my dad remembered that they got their carpet here too, and 20 years later it still is holding up great. It kept getting later and later he didn't show up. He made some excuse that he had to stop in Magna and stretch someone else's carpet. He neglected to text me and tell me he'd be running a little late. It turned out to a big fat lie. I gave him until 3:00 pm. He kept making excuses that they wanted him to do more work and again didn't notify me. It all turned out to be total lies and he's a scammer. It was too late to stop the Venmo transaction. He is really responsive until you send him money. I realized after I was too trusting and when I read other reviews here I noticed he had done the same thing two years ago. Also, he hadn't had a review on Yelp for over two years. Don't be trusting. I requested the money back through Venmo and he obviously didn't send the money back. Buyer beware this guy Miguel is a smooth snake like character. I hope I save someone else from getting ripped off from him.
