Easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your help finding a product.

Did a good job a couple years ago on upstairs carpet, the product still looks new and now it's time to do the basement. Customer service was exceptional, maybe because we were returned customers. We knew what we wanted, they measured, they had it, they are ready to go when we are. The price did NOT increase much like I was planning on from last time. Good reliable business. read more

Great job, excellent prices. They show up when scheduled, friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Have purchased carpet (with installation) from here in two separate occasions and were pleased with the quality, price and service both times. Even the installers arrived exactly on time, worked quickly and efficiently. read more

We bought a house November 2018 and had 30 days to do some things before moving in and carpet was needed we realized about 10 days in. Ok so limited time, around Thanksgiving (when everyone else wants new carpet), and Po Boyz delivered. It seems like carpet was picked out, house measured, ordered, and installed in a week. Their prices were lower than big box stores and we got an upgraded pad. They worked their butts off to meet our ridiculous timeline - the owner even came to lend a hand to create a seamless transition to our new hardwoods (a huge sign they actually care about their customers and we weren't just another "sale"). Overall you get quality, friendly, dependable work with a great price - what's not to like? If you're in the market for carpet, at least give them a shot for a quote and support local businesses! read more

Po Boyz Flooring - Beautiful new carpet has actually stood up to this lil monster - Carpeting Near Me - Sandy, Utah

We just got our new carpet at Po Boys and were extremely pleased. Kenny insisted that we get a great carpet and we love it. Jay and Dallas were the best installer we've ever had and we've had many. They did great work and went the extra mile to help the job go smoothly. Billie and Glade Shepherd read more

Insanely expensive for a remnant piece of carpet with installation. Nice products but I'd never pay $1000 for 150 sf. Who knows, maybe that's just me... read more

My experience was FANTASTIC! They were able to find our exact carpet that we have in the rest of our house. Stacy and the rest of the team were easy to work with and very understanding. We had a lot of issues with finishing our basement and we had to delay our carpet install multiple times. They were very understanding and helpful. When we finally were able to install the carpet, the installer did an amazing job. The carpet itself was great quality and exactly what we wanted. The installation job was fast and great quality of work. Thank you for helping us have a great experience at the end of our basement project, when everything else in that project was very stressful. :) read more

Brilliant, wonderful, amazing!!! If I could come up with better words I would have used them. These guys are the best in town. Worked with one of the owners, Ken, and his installer Hector. You are in the best hands for your flooring needs with these people. Could not recommend them more! read more

Last year Po boys took the time to locate a solid oak that matched my existing floor. Statement Flooring installed it and a year later it is still beautiful. Both businesses are A+! read more

I have been working with a lot of contractors and companies for my home remodel, and working with Po Boyz has been an absolutely exceptional experience. Their prices were fantastic, the contractors they work with were punctual and professional, and Po Boyz customer service (especially Kenny and Stacy) was through the roof. I couldn't have asked for a better experience getting my carpet and LVP installed. I will be referring everyone I know, and only going to them from now on! read more

Great Prices! They did a great job installing the carpet and it looks fantastic. It took a little longer than I had originally planned but I don't think I ever asked how long it would take and they did structured my expectations as soon as they arrived. I did find a few places that the baseboards were nicked but that will happen anytime you have someone in your home putting pressure on tools. No one is perfect at every single movement. They worked quick and the carpet looks great. The carpet pad it SO much better than the pad that I had previously. The carpet actually feels squishy under my feet and it isn't even a super plush carpet. I love it. I will use them when I do the rest of my house. read more

We had Po Boyz replace the carpet in every room in our house. They were very professional and courteous. And their prices were very, very reasonable. We are moving into a new home, and will definitely use them again. read more

Amazing customer service. Professional, timely, and went above and beyond expectations! Even took the time to take the annoying creaks out of my old floors. Highly recommend! read more

I have had Po Boyz install carpet in several of my properties over the years. I have appreciated the owner always helping me find what I was looking for and giving me a good deal. I had always been really happy with them until they installed carpet in my home 3 months ago. They were great with initial customer service but it was an ongoing hassle to get things resolved after the install. There was a lack of attention to the finished details of the install and there were quite a few things that were left not looking good or done well. I wouldn't have even minded these things needing to be fixed if it had been an easy process and it was all eventually taken care of. Everything finally got completed except for a highly visible seam that stood out like a sore thumb. I was told to give it a month or two and see if it blended better. After waiting two months, the seam didn't look any better and I asked if it could be looked at again and possibly redone. The owner came out and looked at it and said it was technically a good seam and to give it another month to blend and if it didn't he would come and redo it. He also reminded me of their 100% customer satisfaction policy. In a month the seam didn't look any different and I called to see if he would redo it. I was treated rudely by the desk person but an appointment was made for someone to come. No one showed up for the appointment and I was never called to explain why or reschedule. When I called about it, I got the voicemail and I left a message asking if we could reschedule and I offered to pay extra if I needed to. I never received a call back. A couple of weeks later I hired a carpet repair company to look at the seam. When the repair man saw it he immediately said, "It needs to be napped. The threads on one side of the seam are longer than the threads on the other side and they're casting a shadow." He pulled out some napping shears and spent 5 minutes trimming the threads. It now looks great and I can hardly tell where it is. I would have felt better about Po Boyz service if they had just told me that they didn't think they could make the seam look any better or were afraid redoing it might make it look worse. They didn't know what it really needed and just didn't show up, didn't explain, and never returned my call. read more
