Robert was responsive, friendly, and prompt from my initial inquiry to completion of the job. Every commitment was kept and the quality of work was phenomenal! As typical with a remodel project, there were a few unexpected project and scheduling challenges. With each one, Robert was accommodating, and either helped us solve it or personally stepped in to save the day. It's been another week and no response from her to reschedule. Work appears to be good in pictures, but having an estimate done is a chore, which makes me think getting the actual work done could be a nitemare. So not impressed with this company at this time. I've put more work into getting this scheduled than the estimator.

They came to the house and assessed both pieces and worked with me on a convenient time for them to come pick them up. There was a dresser with two broken legs and a cedar chest with a broken leg. The dresser had other damage underneath as well. They completed the repairs and returned the items in about a week. I couldn't be happier with the service and care they took with my furniture. The price was reasonable, especially considering we would have had to replace the dresser if we couldn't have it repaired.
