Initially, I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair, as it didn't quite match the original look of my chain. However, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They listened to my concerns and asked if they could take a bit more time to refine the repair. They ended up laser cutting the chain to perfectly match the original pattern, and the result was fantastic. While the experience had a rocky start, I truly appreciate how Jared and their team stood behind the quality of their work and upheld their commitment to customer satisfaction. I left feeling confident in the quality of their service and would recommend Jared for their dedication to making things right. Their team really does care about customer service!
