Always an amazing experience with Sierra West Jewelers, Gary Branscomb and his Family. Today marks our 5th purchase and we are extremely pleased with the amazing quality and value. Highly recommend for Diamond Rings, watches and Men's bands. read more

I've been here a couple times, and have not felt welcomed when I walked in. There's usually just groups of employees chatting, and they do not greet you or ask how they can help until I ask! However, I will say they have a good selection of jewlery. I bought my diamond rings here and loved the information they provided me with. I was referred, and found that the employee who helped me was very honest and friendly. read more

Tim is literally amazing! We had the best experience here and he finished my ring in 3 days! Could not recommend enough!

This was our first stop when looking for engagement rings, it's also where my parents went. Austin was very helpful in every phase: when we first came and didn't know anything, when we came back to make decisions, and when we continued tweaking the design to make it perfect. Everyone here is kind and helpful, and the process is customizable to every budget, timeline, and style. read more

THE BEST PLACE TO GET A RING! Tim will be the guy to use and he will take care of you!!!

We loved Sierra West! First of all, we got a discount for being referred by a friend. It took off a significant portion of the price. Their selection of styles is extensive and when I requested something they didn't have there and showed them a photo from a different store, they said they would be able to order it from another store or make it. Then when my fiance wanted to surprise me and propose sooner than I thought, our salesman Dave talked with the jeweler there and they got my ring done in a matter of only a few hours, switching out the center stone and being so flexible with the type of stone, band, etc. Plus, the perks from buying from them are way better than any other ring shop in Provo-- you get a $50 gift card to a nearby steakhouse, free silicone rings, 1/2 off the man's ring, and more! read more

Super easy to work with! They were very willing to work with price and get the best rock for us.

Super helpful employees that we're willing to teach us everything we needed to know to choose a good diamond. Best prices we found by far!! Quick service for ring resizing and repairs. Definitely recommend!! read more

I came by with my wife to have a watch battery changed. It had been a number of years and the battery had started to corrode. They tried cleaning it, but to no avail. They didn't charge us anything and let us keep the battery. At home we found another watch that needed a battery we could use instead. Back to the store. This time everything worked. We had decided to bring back other jewelry items that needed work. My wife is having her wedding ring re-sized. That went easily and fairly priced. Secondly she has a crucifix that needed a new chain. We looked at several options in white gold. He had great advice on different styles that would meet our needs. He first recommended one option until he checked prices. Gold is indeed getting pricey. He then came up with another option that would work without having to go up to the next larger size we were looking at but would be very expensive. All in all, I can't think how I'd be able to have a better experience at a local jewelry store. Oh yea, they threw in the second battery for free too. read more

They wanted to make sure each of our requirements were met with the ring. They made us feel important and worth their time. I absolutely love my ring. The ring was way more beautiful than we ever could've expected. They helped us reach the most for our budget! The ring comes with amazing benefits! It came with a deal on the guy's wedding ring, discounted stays in Park City, a ring clearer, and many others! I would strongly recommend using Sierra West! I loved my service. read more

Sierra West was the first jeweler that my girlfriend and I shopped at. After looking at many other jewelry stores afterwards we knew that there was only one place we could buy from. Not only did we find the perfect engagement ring, we were treated better than at any other jewelry store. LeeAnn was absolutely phenomenal. We never felt rushed and never felt an ounce of pressure to buy. My girlfriend was able to sit down for over an hour trying on any ring that she wanted and LeeAnn was so helpful in suggesting different options. Because we had such a great experience at Sierra West, we were excited to keep shopping at different jewelers only to be incredibly disappointed. No one seemed to give us the time of day and we frequently felt pressured to buy. We wanted to be sure we found the right ring and so we continued to press forward , however, we were eventually drawn back to the welcoming atmosphere of Sierra West. I never felt cheated, pressured, or rushed. LeeAnn continued to help us out through the whole process and I can say we have found the perfect ring for my lovely girlfriend. Thank you Sierra West for being so welcoming and accommodating. I strongly recommend you shop here. read more

I highly recommend this jeweler! I found my unicorn ring, and we looked everywhere. We literally went to almost every jeweler within a 50 mile radius, I even looked at pawn shops and online jewelers. Sierra West was absolutely the best place. I ended up with a big gorgeous diamond, over a carat and a half, that looks even bigger due to the excellent quality. It's an excellent cut, high clarity, high color an "E" and GIA certified. This is an honest, high quality jeweler. They worked so hard to make this ring exactly what I wanted. I'm so proud of this ring and so grateful that I didn't have to compromise on what I wanted. What a great family owned business! Wonderful service, very patient and responsive. I would never go to another jeweler. This is the place for anyone that wants quality at a fair price. read more

We went to many jewelers and Sierra-West was by far our favorite. Their prices were reasonable and it felt like they cared about us. I love my ring and the quality is amazing! Steve was wonderful to work with. We were very grateful for all of his help. He was the best to work with. read more

I ordered a necklace on December 31st for my mom for her birthday and they had me pay for it and then forgot to order it. I went to pick it up on the scheduled day and they ordered it (finally on the pick up day). When I went to pick it up yesterday (at their new scheduled date) they said to come back at 5 because it was being worked on. Went back at 5 and they said that it was on backorder and it will be at least a week. I'm still confused as to why they told me to come back if it wasn't even in the store to begin with. Its been almost a month but, because it's not a 10k diamond it's not a priority. They gave me a cheaper version of the necklace and credited my account the difference. I've been a customer there for 20 years and I'm positive that if a bigger commission were involved people would have done their job. read more

I had the best experience finding and customizing an engagement ring, John was so great to work with and I loved the services they offer! John cared about making this the perfect ring for my fiancé and worked with budget and did not push. Will definitely continue coming here and recommending to all my friends and family. Thanks Sierra west! read more

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE!!! We told them our budget and they worked their absolute hardest to get us a ring we fell in love with and had everything we wanted. They gave us so many benefits and have been so patient with us. We originally went to another jeweler and they were short with us and did not offer any solutions. We were pleasantly surprised when Sierra West was able to go above and beyond to give us everything we wanted!!! We recommend this place to all couples looking for engagement rings or jewelry! read more

Sierra West is the best. My ring was custom made and it's everything i've ever wanted in a ring. It's exactly what I asked for. Dave (there are two Dave's, I think, and I'm not sure which Dave it was) helped us and he was so beyond helpful. In fact, everyone there is helpful. I had to get my ring resized twice (my fault, I was too scared to go too small so I kept not going small enough) and both times were fast & free. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my perfect ring!! read more

They help so much, it is incredible. I only have good things to say about Sierra-West. They offer incredible prices and options without trying to sell you on something to specifically make money. They make it so it doesn't feel like there is any red tape either, so you feel comfortable buying anything from them. I highly recommend Sierra-West. read more

I visited 4 other jewelry stores before going to this one and I had a great experience with Sierra West. They were very transparent and laid out a lot of great options to choose from. I would highly recommend this store because the people there are wonderful! read more

Okay seriously.. this is the PLACE. They are beyond amazing. I recommend them to everyone I know. We were treated like royalty and they did the most to get us exactly what we wanted within our budget. The turn around time is crazy fast & the front desk staff was so cute. I can't emphasize enough how perfect our experience was, especially after going in to Shane Company who recommend a white sapphire because they couldn't work within our budget, whereas SW was never pushy about our budget and got us a beautiful 1.9 carat solitaire ring for that same budget that Shane Co. just couldn't be bothered with. I am obsessed with Sierra West, keep doing the Lord's work. Love ya the most. read more

Sierra West Jewelers drives me crazy. I went looking for a 1mm wedding band for my fiancee. Each time I went I was quoted a different price or told that such small sizes do not exist. Eventually I got lucky and found a sales person who was willing to look it up online and order it for me. Their prices are also much more expensive than other ring stores in Provo. I found a ring that I liked, took a picture, and had that same ring made for me $400 cheaper at another store. read more

I was really impressed with the customer service at Sierra West. We went on a busy Saturday afternoon and all of the sales associates were helping others customers but we weren't ignored. The girl behind the counter came out to greet us and said she's find someone to help us. The guy who usually just does the financial work came out and helped us. He was awesome!! He knew his jewelry too. We purchased a ruby and he was able to help us get exactly what we wanted. What I was even more impressed with was the fact I was dressed in a comfy casual outfit and when I first walked in I thought we could easily go unnoticed but I was happily mistaken and we were treated very kindly and completely with respect. The employees at Sierra West were really great in helping us get the right ruby and diamond ring we wanted. And getting it sized just right, they went above and beyond what I was expecting :) read more

Sierra West Jewelers was so wonderful to work with. I wanted a very unique ring, but everywhere we went, prices were sky high due to the customization. Sierra West was the only one who was able to help us create the perfect ring for me for such a good deal. THE BEST JEWELRY STORE!!! My fiancé and I searched everywhere for a beautiful ring that wasn't overpriced and my friend suggested going to Sierra west and the minute we walked in we were greeted and welcomed. The prices were great and it was done in 3 days! We were shocked at the price because it was a lot cheaper then what we were looking at but SOOO much better of a diamond! The employees were not trying to "sell" us but really wanted us to find what we wanted and at a great price! My ring is beautiful and when we got the ring appraised, it was more than doubled then we paid for!! THE BEST PLACE. Seriously. We also got a great deal on bands because we got my engagement ring there! It was everything and more than we imagined a ring shopping experience would be! THANK YOU SIERRA WEST!! read more

I bought my wedding ring here 23 years ago with a so-called lifetime warranty. 13 years ago they fixed it for me when the prongs on the diamond came loose. The prongs on the diamond came loose again. I called and they said they got a new system and so I'm not in it anymore. Apparently their lifetime warranty expires at 23 years. Deceiving dishonest and not helpful, I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more
