Fantastic service! Super quick in and out! Prices weren't bad either for battery swaps and adjustments! Would recommend!

After a rather unpleasant conversation. I received clarification to what I was told. $250 minimum for a visit to look at my clock.

I was referred to Official Time Watch in Utah and decided to call them to find out more about the process. They service both Omega and Rolex and you have the option of bringing in your item or sending it in (insured and tracked--registered mail) to the store for assessment and repair/service. I checked out their website and also saw some other reviews just to make sure they were the ones for me. I like that they provided an estimate for how long it would be for turn around time, recommended methods of shipment, and were very communicative regarding every step of the way. I was emailed detailed photos and explanations and inquired about every little thing pertaining to the watches. I also received an itemized invoice with specific and pertinent photos. And was given a phone call to verify what action to take for each watch. The email I received also included information for return of the item and a signature confirmation upon receipt. The watches were returned with a printed receipt, care instructions, and put in branded single watch holder boxes. I am extremely happy with the service provided and that our watches were treated with care. I will definitely be using this company again for future needs.

I was told by another shop that 2 of them needed to have the mechanics replaced and the others beyond repair. They checked them all and replaced the batteries. Two needed to have more extensive work but not worth doing. They only charged me for the battery replacement and nothing for checking the others. Honest and easy to work with. I live in Heber City and it was worth the trip down. FYI they are an authorized Hamilton and Raymond Weil shop.

They advised me I would also need some routine service including a new gasket.... OK.... I picked my watch up a week or so later. I went skiing a few days later. It was a sunny day with no new snow. I noticed in the evening I had condensation INSIDE the face of my watch. I have never experienced this with this watch and I ski a lot. I called Mt Olympus and they gave me some bogus answer. I asked to speak with the manager, and he too told me I did not know what I was talking about. He even laughed out load at me along with someone in the background. He was trying to MANSPLAIN to me how because my watch was older etc.......I told him I have never had condensation in my watch. He laughed again. I hung up. I called Morgan Jewery and they recommended a watch repair person, who I went to the next day. I left my watch there for him to look at. When I picked my watch up, he stated the case tubing showed some wear and possible rusting, and he had repaced that along with damaged caseback gasket, that he also stated was the wrong fit. WOW OMG! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MT OLYMPUS CLOCK FOR ANYTHING. WHAT AN UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE. ****Thank you Ryan for fixing my watch****

Then a week later I get an unexpected call that he has lost it, but will let me know if he finds it. Fast forwards 5 months he still hasn't found it and offers to buy a replacement which I was out of town for a month so l wasn't able to meet with him. Fast forwards another 1 month I finally get a call that they have found it. It's February 20th of 2024 When I get there, the first thing I was greeted with " you got the money"? I simply told him wow, you expect me to pay after 7 months! He like yeah it fixed isn't it. he showed me the replacement necklace he got me which was the cheapest necklace ever, it felt like straight plastic and wasn't even remotely close to the necklace that I took to be fixed. I told him there's no way I was gonna pay him after 7 months btw it was only $45. And once I told him that he tried to make me also pay for the replacement. I wish I got a picture because it was not anything close to the one that he lost. Since I wasn't willing to pay, he just simply cut the peace that he replaced and handed it to me and said this is the finished. So basically after 7 months I got a necklace that wasn't even fixed. The part that made me mad as I was patient and was really calm about the situation. Would definitely will never go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I asked the worker what happened and heard, "It was already like this." It most certainly was not in pieces when I handed it to them. An older gentleman worker seemed flustered with the situation and said, "There will be no charge today." So, I don't have to pay for having my watch broken? The gentleman then asked me to return the next day to pick it up. When I returned the next day the watch had been pieced together the best they could and it was obviously not working. I asked if they could at least fix what they broke and heard, "No, we can't fix it. It's not even an expensive watch." I was handed my broken watch and the gentleman simply shrugged. I was offered no restitution or compensation. I would highly recommend NOT patronizing this business.

Today, I sent this abysmal company the following email regarding my Nubeo timepiece: Sending out my periodic email asking in reference to ticket #35209: WHERE IS MY WATCH, YET AGAIN, and to say CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE HAD MY WATCH IN YOUR POSSESSION AWAITING REPAIR FOR ALMOST 1 YEAR AND 2 MONTHS. Last update provided from your company was in July 25th, 2025- in which I was informed, quote: "The necessary parts are expected to be available by the end of August, which will allow us to move forward with the repairs" Please note: It is now OCTOBER 2, 2025 - and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY WATCH. I am the one, as per usual- I am the one that has to constantly check in and beg for any updates. At this point, I will be reaching out to Nubeo to provide them a timeline of this complete debacle and also to inquire as to the availability of parts for my watch- Simply to confirm the sneaking suspicion that I am just getting my chain yanked in the hopes that I eventually give up and abandon all hope of actually ever seeing my timepiece again.
