Tony was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain exactly what my ring needed and how he would repair it. He took amazing care of it, and now it looks brand new! It also feels so much more secure. The replacement diamond was matched so perfectly that I can't even tell which one was replaced. We'll continue coming here for all of our jewelry needs. I was referred to Official Time Watch in Utah and decided to call them to find out more about the process. They service both Omega and Rolex and you have the option of bringing in your item or sending it in (insured and tracked--registered mail) to the store for assessment and repair/service. I checked out their website and also saw some other reviews just to make sure they were the ones for me. I like that they provided an estimate for how long it would be for turn around time, recommended methods of shipment, and were very communicative regarding every step of the way. I was emailed detailed photos and explanations and inquired about every little thing pertaining to the watches. I also received an itemized invoice with specific and pertinent photos. And was given a phone call to verify what action to take for each watch. The email I received also included information for return of the item and a signature confirmation upon receipt. The watches were returned with a printed receipt, care instructions, and put in branded single watch holder boxes. I am extremely happy with the service provided and that our watches were treated with care. I will definitely be using this company again for future needs.
