Read the feedback I left on your website... if you read your feedbacks. My experiences with LOWEN IWSC have been frustrating and disastrous. From the feedback I see, you over deserve the 1.5 rating you have, too bad cannot be 0.0 My Rolex runs 5 min fast daily. It cost me well over $2800 to have it repaired. I stopped wearing it. My Bulova Super Seville had an expensive repair in Oct 2024. A note stated it was not waterproof. The 2nd time I sent it in I requested to make the watch waterproof, running perfectly when I sent it in. I was charged $585.00 to have it made waterproof, I got it back with a note stating it was still not waterproof. And after the 2nd main spring replacement, the watch stopped running within 2 weeks of receiving it back. I can see the owner replies to some of these complaints, he hasn't made any attempts to contact me. I asked for a refund of the waterproofing. Never got an answer. I suppose that only leaves me to keep posting negative reviews everywhere. And I agree with another review that stated the girl in customer service talks so much she doesn't allow a dialogue... read more

My son gave me a beautiful Invicta watch , and I broke the crown of by not being careful ... I so regret it , but having said that , i contacted your repair center and ask them to please repair the crown . It became more then a watch , it was something i could remember him with . To make a long story short the Repair center did me a great service , at a price i could handle . I mailed my watch for evaluation and repair-- the cost of shipping, evaluation and the promised repair came to $200. Only after this was paid did I get a notice saying the parts weren't available and there would be a long delay. When the watch was finally returned to me over a month later it still wasn't working, I asked for a refund. They asked for a video of the stopped watch to prove it wasn't working. Unable to send this, I returned the stopped watch itself as proof, again asking for a refund. Instead they sent it out for repair again, and once again said it would be delayed while they waited for parts. Only after further calls and delays. did I finally get a partial refund. How can this place stay in business?? Changing the name from IWSC to Lowen Watch Group was a feeble attempt to avoid so many poor reviews. I sent my watch in last September, 2020. I was not satisfied with the work for a number of reasons, most important was that even though they gave me a pressure test printout, it was not moisture tight. A service rep called me and said they would look at the watch again and use it as a teaching subject for their repair personnel's training. I mailed the watch back (they paid for that return shipping), and then I got an email with an estimate for repair that floored me. I called the service rep and asked for an explanation, and she told me I must have left the stem pulled out, causing moisture leakage , which is absolutely not true. Anyway, the Wenger Swiss Military watch has kept perfect time since I bought it many years ago, and still does, but the cost of the repairs they sent me would have been more than the watch is worth, so I asked her to just return the watch. I got the watch back today, and, unbelievably, they did not even put the back of the case on! So now I have to take the gasket and case backing to a local jeweler who has the right tools to tighten it. No question the watch will not be water-tight as they said it was a few months ago. I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt, and love to write positive reviews, but this company deserves the lowest review possible. read more

I has send in my Glycine watch to check for the crown and if in need just lubricate it to make it smooth. I paid upfront $39 + Return Shipping for this service. I got an email as soon as they got the watch and they want me to pay another $169 for full service. I refused and told them to just lubricate the crown. However, they refused to do that, and then they wanted me to change the crown for $179. When I refused, they bargained for $70. I totally refused and told them to send the watch back without any repair. NEVER EVER send a watch for repair to IWSC (fixmywatch. com). They are sham and not straight forward. read more

Invicta watch "repair' A lovely "left handed" watch from my wife just over three years ago. First the band started to go. There were two straps, one leather, one metal. The leather plain undid the single staple that held it together. Then whatever strip that held the metal strap went and fastening the watch became a pain. Now this watch was a chronograph / stop watch. You know, the type to see how much time it takes. Well the sweep second hand began inching back and back. Instead of resetting itself to 12:00, it crept back to 11:59, then eventually, 11:58. I took the watch to a dealer. The dealer didn't do watch bands, however they could kinda reset the sweep second hand back to 11:59:30. Wouldn't you know it. The sweep second hand began creeping back. Then I notice the 1/10th o=f a second hand creeping backwards. I paid to send the watch to Sandy,UT and the International Watch Service Center. The result was that they would repair the watch movement and replace the band for a price 25% greater than I could buy the watch on Amazon. I've told them to send the watch back un repaired and without a new band. I'm expecting that I won't get the watch back and be out whatever I've paid them in the first place. Invicta? It was a poor experience, but a manager (Mr. Vance) reached out to me and offered a fair refund as compensation for the difficulties I experienced, as well as a future discount and assured me changes have been made to prevent this from happening again. This watch quick started showing signs of moisture/fogging. I contacted Victorinox (Wenger) who referred me to their approved repair service, The Lowen Group. This repair service contacted me with estimates to clean the inside of the watch, replace the crystal, and even the watch band. When I clarified I only needed the moisture issue addressed they seemed confused, then seemingly started to make up reasons why it would not be covered under warranty, such as "it is possible that the stem was cracked and water entered that way". They then told Victorinox it would not be covered because the stem had been left open, and Victorinox chose to go with that conclusion. I previously owned a Wenger watch for 20+ years and that's why I bought this brand again. Well let me tell you their products are now EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY and not what the they used to be. Shame on Victorinox and The Lowen Group, who apparently changes it's name every time they accumulate enough negative reviews. Got my watch back with more problems then when I sent it in. Expensive "repair" with poor customer service. Here is my email exchange with them ME: After receiving my watch back from your repair center, it appeared to have been fixed. The crown was able to wind the main spring when pushed in and was able to adjust the time when pulled out. Prior to sending it too you, the crown was not able to engage the main spring and only adjusted the time when pushed in or out. Throughout the day I would find that the movement of the watch would get stuck/freeze and it required me to tap or shake the watch to get it moving again. As you can imagine, this would get annoying with the time frequently having to be reset every time I realized the watch was stuck. I assumed that because a new spring was put in, that maybe there was a "breaking in" period, and eventually the movements would return to normal, so I continued to wear the watch, wind the spring when necessary, and adjust the time whenever it would freeze again. Now, 2 months after getting the watch repaired, the watched continues to get stuck/freeze and I am now having the original problem that I sent the watch in for. The crown is not able to wind the main spring and is only able to adjust the time whether it is pushed in or pulled out. So after paying for the repairs and the shipping and handling, I now have more problems with the watch, then when I had sent it in. Please help. Thank you for your time in addressing this matter THEM: Your watch is a mechanical watch which means each day the mechanism needs to be wound. Do not hit or bump the watch on your hand in an attempt to get it to run, this will break the watch again. Turn the crown to wind the watch and it will run. ME: I'm sorry if I was not clear in my previous message, but I am unable to wind the watch. Whether the crown is pushed in or pulled out (of course not completely out), when the crown is turned, only the time is adjusted. The mainspring is not able to be wound. This was the issue that I had originally sent the watch in to get repaired. Once I received the watch back from IWSC, I was able to wind the mainspring, for only a month Thank you for the reminder that hitting or bumping a mechanical watch, may dislodge gears or break the watch entirely. This is why I resorted to lightly tapping the watch if the movement becomes stuck. However, this was not a problem I had prior to sending it into IWSC Thank you for continuing to assist me with these issues. 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back from them read more

Horrible company!!! My credit card was charged for the shipping label but I never received it so I ended up paying to send my watch in at the post office but I was never reimbursed for the original shipping label charge. Watch needed $50.00 dollars in repairs which I paid for. Took about a month to get the watch back and when I sent it in it had a blue cover screen. When I got the watch back, it had a clear screen... I contacted IWSC to find out what happened to the blue screen (which was not damaged) and how they were going to make it right and to date I have not heard back from them. My mom had an Invicta ceramic watch she sent out to them just after New Year's. Long story short, we went through a whole runaround with a duplicate ticket, then ordering a part from Switzerland, then getting the wrong part. Two months later, we requested a refund and returning the watch as is. Nothing. Now we're settling it through our card company and filing a dispute. If you paid with a card, go through your bank or company and file a dispute ASAP. That is the ONLY way you will get any results. read more

If you have a watch with sentimental value do not trust Lowen watch group to repair it and get it back to you safely. I inherited a nice invicta 4512 from my grandfather which dropped onto a hardwood floor when the bracelet broke. This knocked some of the hour markers loose from the dial. I let the watch sit in a drawer for years before I sent it to be repaired February 2022. I paid for 2500$ worth of insurance and mailed the watch to Lowen. I paid 500$ for the repairs February 4th 2022 and received an email saying it would be done in 10-14 business days. There was extremely poor customer service when I inquired about the status of my watch. My watch was not return shipped until mid March and at that point I didn't care because I was just happy to be getting back the watch my grandfather gave me. No such luck. The postal service attempted to deliver the watch once but the door was locked. After that it was returned to the usps office and from there came up missing and is considered to be lost. I have been trying to get the CFO to pay out the insurance I paid for but due to "legalese" on the website and because I cannot prove the watch was given to me by my grandfather they won't assign any additional value to the watch. I was offered 1250$ and was told that if I let the process go to appraisal I would most likely be offered less, but I refused that offer until today when I said I would accept it and was told that offer is no longer on the table. I am hoping that by posting this review somebody else who might make the mistake of sending a watch they cherish to this company will realize it's not a good idea. read more

My wife and daughters bought me this Invicta watch for my 8th anniversary a few years back and recently it stopped working. I replaced the battery and that didn't work and unfortunately it was outside of the warranty period to send it back to where it was originally purchased. I live in Draper and found Fix My Watch nearby in Sandy to drop it off and have them repair it. The service was fast and the pricing was fair for what needed to be fixed. I noticed the date setting no longer worked even though it worked when I sent them the watch. Later I went swimming with the watch and it flooded with water, stopped working and the stem fell out. Worst Service Ever!!! Avoid at all costs. You send them a watch (and $29.00) and they send you a ridiculous bill via email and hold your watch hostage until you pay them. If it is under warranty the won't even try to fix it under warranty - they just want you to pay them ASAP and they keep emailing every day until you do.... VERY hard to contact them to get any kind of resolution. I actually stopped by their Sandy, UT location (I work in UT) and they would not even let me in the door. The watch band ordered is much lighter than the original, and the end link on one side is off, causing it to rub against the link next to it and sometimes seize up. Don't like this knock off band. I purchased my Invicta watch lessthan a year ago. I found my warranty information contacted Invicta. They told me to simply mail my watch in to IWSC with receipt and that I had to pay $28 for them to ship the watch back. After going back and forth with WHY I had to pay that charge that should have been covered was useless. I sent my watch in to IWSC they emailed me and told me that it would be $128 to have my watch fixed. I went back and forth with them. I informed them my Invicta watch was covered. They said the crown was not covered. My Invicta was on sale. If I pay them $128, I can buy 2 of them. My rep Mr. Vance said he would see if he could lower the price because the crown was not covered under warranty. (Makes no sense) phone disconnected. I called back a rep said he was gone for the day just that fast and that he was off on Monday. It's been 6 days and still no response. I will never purchase another Invicta watch due to them not honoring their warranty. I do not recommend this repair center. Consumer affairs will pretty much tell the story about Invicta products and their warranty. My experience: watch malfunctioned after 8 months; $30 plus to send for warranty repair; another $30 to repair because of "excessive impact". The watch description: "Water resistant 200m (660ft): in general, suitable for professional marine activity and serious surface water sports, but not diving". Invicta and their repair service, IWSC are defrauding the consumer with a false warranty! Everybody gets scammed with "not covered under warranty"! read more

First and foremost I think this is the worst experience I have had with a company. I paid the $28 fee and I never received a mailing label. I called two times and was told that I would receive an email for the mailing label. I ended up just sending it in to the address listed on my own dime. About two weeks later I received an email with an invoice listing what it would cost to fix the watch. The invoice stated two items and those two items we're more than what I pay for the watch originally. I called in to see what options I had and was told that taking off the battery replacement would save money. Even with that off the invoice it was still more money than what I can buy a new watch now. Had I known this before I sent the watch in I would have never sent it in the first place. They should also put the $28 fee in black and white writing to see what you're getting. Terrible customer service, rude associates and highway robbery for services. This business also works under the name, International Watch Service Center (IWSC). BEWARE, the worst business I have ever encountered. DO NOT give out your credit card info, as they will pre-charge for anything they can. The watch I mailed on my own dime was a Momentum by St. Moritz Watch Corp which I bought through an online retailer. The watch stopped after a week or so. I had the battery replaced at my upper end jeweler and then the watch stopped again. I should have returned to the online retailer, but saw the watch has a 2 year warranty and therefore mailed to the "service" center. IWSC said the repair would be $59 and already charged my credit card for $14 for return shipping. I asked what about my warranty and they said because I had my local jeweler replace the battery that voided the warranty! It was in the fine print of the paper enclosed in the watch box. I said I wanted my watch back without the $59 repair. I was not going to give them any business for lousy disclosure and NO waiver for shipping or anything--and they already charged me $14.
