When I asked about it, I was told it was normal. A few months later, I lost a diamond from the band where one of those thin prongs was. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Fast Fix. Tony was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain exactly what my ring needed and how he would repair it. He took amazing care of it, and now it looks brand new! It also feels so much more secure. The replacement diamond was matched so perfectly that I can't even tell which one was replaced. We'll continue coming here for all of our jewelry needs. They've also repaired a few of our boys' chain necklaces before, and they always come back perfect. You can tell Tony truly cares about his work, and that speaks volumes!

This last time unfortunately they took over 3 months to complete the process and up charged me an additional fee for replacing the primary time piece when I simply requested a battery.
