I recently got engaged, and my ring (and wedding band) were just a bit too big, and they kept shifting around on my finger. I called multiple jewelry stores in the Provo/Orem area to ask if they had resizing services, and they all wanted to keep my ring for days or even weeks (which when you're newly engaged, not getting to wear your ring is kind of disappointing). This place got the job done in 2 hours for the same price. I also had them solder my wedding band to my engagement ring so that it would always stay in place (my fiancé and I just didn't want to deal with the whole "separate ring for the wedding" thing), and I was shocked when they gave it back to me. It's amazing what just a couple little tweaks did for the ring's appearance. It looks amazing, fits like a glove, AND I get to wear it right away. Sophie (I hope I heard her name correctly) was also so wonderful to work with--kind, understanding, and knowledgeable.
