I called and went in to get this fixed and they said I had to go back to Utah to fix the issue. Turns out I didn't need to go back to Utah to fix the issue. The customer service agents at AT&T are incompetent and overcharged me almost $300. They kept transferring me over and over and their "policy" is different every time I call. What a joke of a company. I'm really disappointed that Costco can't see this issue and fix it. They have a Costco escalation line because of how common this issue is. DO NOT SWITCH TO AT&T, they are not helpful with your issues and every customer service representative will tell you different things!

During that time the ice melted in the fridge/freezer and we had water damage on the floor. After contacting the manufacturer, we found out the flooring was discontinued. We were so disappointed. We searched for our flooring everywhere and every few months we would search again. We finally found an active listing on KSL classified and contacted the liquidation team. They went above and beyond for our small order. They had one box of our discontinued flooring which was perfect to repair the water damage. We offered to pay for the shipping and they shipped it to us!! They communicated with us every step of the way. They emailed when they received our payment and again with shipping updates. Talk about adding insult to injury. I asked to speak to the manager and he was completely unsympathetic about it and could care less. They got $300 and kept it. This is theft in my opinion. After I was given a number to call to resolve the issue and calling it the number is disconnected. This used to be my favorite store, but it is now just a huge disappointment.

The sales guys and one gal there were very knowledgable and courteous. They weren't hiding calories or servings with tons of drinks and deserts like others I've seen. There was one package price listed. I ordered them as such. I then received a shipping notification for the bindings with a separate price. I called immediately to cancel the order as I knew that having bindings mounted was not cheap. This was not what I budgeted for. I was told that everything was shipped, so the order could not be cancelled, but to call back when I received everything for an adjustment or to return the equipment. Btw, when ordering I was offered a 15% coupon, but then at checkout was told it didn't apply to my order. When I received the order, I checked with local ski shops and $100 was the lowest price I could find for mounting. I spent a half hour on the phone with a polite, understanding customer service rep inquiring about some type of credit. $25 was the offer. I pointed out how the ad was misleading, an offered coupon was not honored, and it would cost them more if I returned everything. I simply wanted at least half of the mounting cost reimbursed. The most frustrating aspect of this customer service interaction was that a supervisor will not get on the phone. The poor rep had to keep going back and forth. When she told me she could escalate the issue to a supervisor, I readily agreed, but she pointed out they would respond by email! THEY WILL NEVER GET ON THE PHONE AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE!!! Sorry, that's horrible policy and I would discourage anyone from patronizing this business.

Beware when ordering ski boots as part of a package deal…read more Be sure of availability of sizes of ski boots with a package your purchase. I returned my boots and wanted to get the next size up. Since there were none available in my size, I received a refund (based on package pricing (about $80). If I want to get a larger size boot, I need to select another model/brand and pay the regular (non-package deal price), which means will need to spend approximately $200 more for a comparable boot, not including the $44 it cost to ship the first pair back. I do not recommend purchasing boots if you are not absolutely sure of the size you need. When I asked about the return, customer service said "We always recommend to go in and try different boots on before purchasing online". I was never given (nor saw online) this recommendation.

We have a dryer that would keep shutting off prematurely no matter the level of heat or type of…read moreload. After cleaning the vents and dryer and full dryer troubleshooting, we contacted At Your Service Pros (kudos to the Costco-dispatched tech for noticing the extremely hot circuit breaker). At Your Service was very flexible on appointment times, and one of their techs, Kyle, came out to service the home. Kyle reproduced and diagnosed the issue to the circuit breaker. Not only did he fix the circuit breaker, but he also noticed some of the wiring needed to be placed at the service panel, which he did as well. He also checked the other breakers while he was out there and made sure the dryer outlet was okay. Lo and behold, the dryer works perfectly now. Thanks Kyle and At Your Service for getting this issue fixed and for taking a larger look at the panel to make sure things look okay. I appreciate Kyle was on time and that the service was professional and efficient.
