Minor issues, all were fixed promptly and with great communication between Titan and our builder. Worked so far with a few ladies in the office, and Cole and Cris. Everyone was great, Cole came out to assess the work that needed to be done. He was nice and helpful each time. Had a concern with my furnace on Christmas Eve, the worst time ever to have anything go wrong with the cold temperatures too. Cris was responsive and pleasant to work with and learn from. Came out and took care of the issues I was having and provided me further information for future items and maintenance. I'll continue to use Titan after the one year warranty is over and through the five year warranty for the furnace. I will gladly pay for labor and parts through this company. So far, that's two crucial interactions for a new home owner and I cannot be more pleased and felt it good to share so others know the good experiences with this company. The price was reasonable but also the capacitor was going out on my AC unit. Cole brought it in and showed me what it was registering at and didn't pressure me to replace it but wanted to let me know. In the end I did replace it and wasn't a huge expense. All in all, was glad I went with this company. Found them online and was a first time customer. Also, one thing that is really important with us is that a company send a text or some kind of notice to let us know they are coming. We have dogs and we need to know to get things prepped for people to come to our house. So when this is followed through on, it's helpful. This also means they will react fast, which doesn't typically happen in this business. The owner seems to not like to keep people waiting while it's hot with their air broken or too cold with their heat broken. I called the Heating and Cooling Guys and I had an appointment within 24 hours. I actually was late coming home for the appointment and despite me being an hour late, they still came out once I actually got home. The owner was the individual that came out and he found the issue very quickly. He also fixed it that night! The air conditioning was up and working very quickly. He was so nice about everything, worked late to get me taken care of, and had an awesome attitude at the same time. I would highly recommend the Heating and Cooling Guys.

He applied sealant in a couple of areas where the house wasn't perfectly flat to make sure we don't have a future water issue. James had extra tools and materials that I didn't anticipate would be needed. Had I tried to do this project myself, it would have taken several back-and-forth trips to a hardware store and easily one or two full days up on a ladder. He also took the time to answer all of my questions about other HVAC issues (our custom home builder ghosted us on all our home warranty claims), provide bids to get things fixed, as well as bids for potential future upgrades we were considering, like adding a UV light and whole-home humidifier. Some contractors do sloppy work because they are trying to get to a job and leave as quickly as they can. Utah Quality Heating & Cooling is not like that. Quality work and pride in workmanship shouldn't be uncommon, but it is. "Quality" is a great word to use in the name of this small business. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy pro who will take time to answer questions, provide fair bids/estimates, isn't sale-zy, and who will prioritize doing the job well over doing the job fast. We were in the process of selling our home and the AC went out soon after accepting an offer on it. Being the middle of summer we were pressured by the realtor to replace the AC and the furnace (because of the age of it) before our closing date just 3 weeks away. I reach out to Technicool and they called me within hours, sent a technician on the same day to diagnose, and then set an appointment a week and a half later to replace our whole system. Their communication through the whole process was excellent and they even left all the warranty information for the new homeowners to pick up where we left off. They truly were lifesavers for us in a tight situation. To top it off I had gotten bids for a full system replacement about 4 months prior before we decided to sell our home and the pricing we received at that point was $1500 to $3000 over my final cost with Technicool.
