Within a couple weeks, we hauled two RZR's up to his shop and they posted them online and came back with a quote on how much they'll be able to sell them for and take care of the payoff with the bank. In addition to that they set us up with the same bank to transfer the money we made from the sales towards the new machine payoff. We got on the list early March for the next available RZR and was expecting to get a machine mid April. My husband got a text from Russ saying it was there two weeks later. We just picked it up and will be taking it back so they can add on all the features we want, which they've been more than accommodating to help order the parts and will contact us when it's there to build onto the RZR. They've been amazing to work with throughout this entire transaction. I look forward to continuing business and will refer them to others looking for an recreational toys!

It had been some time and I didn't really expect a lot. But I contacted the store and the Manager Jason said, "Bring your phone in and we'll get it taken care of." When I told him I live in Salt Lake, could I bring it tomorrow." He asked me where I was located and found me a location close to where I was. Said he'd contact the Manager at that store and I could go in there and have them fix the protector. I would have driven out to this location, but thanks to Jason I didn't have to, and was still able to have my phone back to as good as new. I appreciate that as a customer I was really looked out for.

CSAs' were nice but I was told they didn't do credit checks and since I have poor credit they offered my a few phone within my price range but tried to catch me by telling me I didn't have to pay anything for the phone if I signed up that day and when they checked my credit (after saying they don't do that) they told me I had to put $500 down plus pay for the phone in full since they don't do payments on phones for people with bad credit. This is not just for this store. But for the business as a whole. If you are looking at these reviews to see if you should shop here I'll highly recommend you don't unless you have good credit. If not I'd recommend places that actually do not check credit. As a personal experience for businesses without credit checks that I've used: Verizon, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS(use at your own discretion as their customer service is terrible and they charge you for everything).

We had a terrible experience with another (big name) ski shop in Park City. It was so bad that we returned our skis early and came and rented from Park City Sports instead. We had also called about seven places looking for ski blades and Park City Sport was the only shop in Park City that rents ski blades or tricks skis. Everyone at Park City Sport was so accommodating they did a great job fitting us all. And we're just super super friendly. The shop is clean and well laid out. I would recommend them to anyone. We even had an issue where we had rented for two days and we wanted to skip a day and rest, and it was no problem. We have skied all over the world and this is my favorite ski rental shop ever!
