I went in there to purchase a iPhone and Mark sales associate went above and beyond for me . Unfortunately they didn't not have the model I was looking for but he still went out the way to do the application and tell me in depth what each plan has to offer. After noticing he did didn't have the phone in stock he referred me over to another local store. He gave me the application # so I would have to go through that process again. Went around Black Friday. Sat in the store for about 15 minuets patiently waiting for an employee to help me. Wasn't given an opportunity to speak to them. I left, went to T-Mobile across the street. Waited even longer, but shortly after I arrived, I was greeted and put on the list( first come first serve) knowing when it was my turn, I would be helped. read more

Had trouble with my home internet and Jaden was very helpful and with my needs. At one point I have 3 agents helping me resolve my problem which I was not expecting at all. One of many reason why I stayed with Verizon. Always doing more to keep customers happy. I was very pleased with my visit and could not ask for a better service. read more

I honestly really wish that i could put zero stars on this place, My 14 year old cousin went to this Verizon today to get her phone fixed & get her deceased mothers phone shut off. The lady Yasmine, was very rude & did not help my family what so ever. Very rude about needing a death certificate & when they came back to give one, they rejected service. Very hurtful to my cousin who has lost HER MOTHER... she has no empathy at all & did not seem to care. Other people in the store saw & did not proceed with service from this hurtful women. read more

I went in to substitute a basic phone off my account and replace it with an iPad mini. I walked in and said "I want to change the ESN on the account for the phone # (I provided the phone number)." After a 15 min talk with the rep, she got my iPad activated. After a few days, I checked my email and read an email from Verizon thanking me for adding a line. I immediately called Customer Care. They passed my call over to the store. The rep was apologetic and promised to fix the issue. This was over a week ago. I've called customer care twice since then and I always get my call redirected to the store with no progress. I've worked for indirect Verizon stores before. I understand that there might have been some type of misunderstanding between the rep and I. I was amazed that the rep didn't give me a recap if what just happened. No explanation of any additional fees or activation fees etc. Thats what we always did on the indirect channel. I assumed they did that on the corporate level. I guess I was wrong. If they recapped what was going on, I wouldn't be in a week (almost 2 week) long battle to resolve this issue. Even after they fix this issue, I'll still avoid this store for the fact that I was promised on 2 separate occasions that this issue would be resolved within a day or two, yet nothing has been handled. read more

Just wanted for everyone here on yelp to know what a bad and upsetting experience I had at this store, I walked in and was ask to wait for a little bit for help, so I waited for 25 minute's then when the person came to help he ask me what I wanted so I told him I just need a sim card, he refused to give me one for free when Verizon referred me to go there for my free card due to having problems with my phone for over a week which they have not fixed yet and have cost me lots of client losses over 3500 dollars, so if you want good service please try elsewhere. thank you for reading this. read more

First off I use my phone for business, my contract was up with Verizon back in September. I went to this location to upgrade to the new Samsung S5. When I first got this new devise I was having issues not receiving my text messages(like 80% of them). when I went Verizon they said it was because I used to have an iPhone and moved to an android. They told me to that it could take up to 30 days to work it bugs out or I could call Apple and have then take my number out of iCloud. I called Apple and they said they have never heard of that, in fact they said when I switched over to Android they Verizon associate should have deactivated my iMessaging on my old iPhone before deactivating it. I went back to Verizon and they said I would just have to wait because they had already shipped the phone out. At this point I wanted a different phone because I couldn't go that long with not receiving all of my messages. I had already been dealing with this for almost 2 week. I got the new iPhone 6 which has been a great phone and very satisfied that I did so, however while I was there trading my phone in I talked to an associate about my data and how I would like to move from 4 gigs to 10 gigs because I kept going over. He said he adjusted it and I moved on about my business. come to find out that he never adjusted it so the following month I had to pay an extra $50 on my bill, I started looking into it and noticed I was also getting charged an extra $5 on Verizon maps BS. Well just the other day my phone as dropped in water but luckily I had Verizon Bullet prof warranty that covers everything from being stolen, broken or factory defects. what they didn't say is that they give a 1800 number to call to make a claim and they also said they would next day air my new phone. well 8 hrs later I got the claim filed and the stupid warranty center doesn't even have the phone. they had to put it on back order!!! I have been a customer for many years and they just lost me as a customer! read more
