I have only been there once. I had just had my tonsils out. The lady was very nice! She also gave me tips on the medication. Pretty cool!

We have had a horrible experience with Lincare. A rehab. hospital sent our elderly parent home…read morewith oxygen. It was SUPPOSEDLY being delivered by a Lincare rep. named COREY (801) #. Not only did Corey never return any calls, he never 1. answered his phone 2. get the oxygen delivered to the address given. 3. follow up 4. bill our parent's SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE. Instead, they conveniently charged our parent's debit card (?!) , who HAS supplemental insurance and is on a limited income. Our parent didn't truly need the oxygen machine, to add insult to the event. They continued to "auto bill" each month. After 2 months, I noticed the automatic withdrawal and immediately asked them to come pick up the machine. Again, COREY never bothered to answer or call back. Reaching out to Lincare in general is a NIGHTMARE OF BEING ON HOLD, BEING TRANSFERRED, ETC. The bottom line: The rep. said they could pick it up in 3 weeks from the day I called. Huh??? They billed my parent AGAIN. AND AGAIN. AND YET AGAIN! I have given them her supplemental insurance info. NO FEVER THAN THREE TIMES. They are now repeatedly FRAUDULENTLY billing for equipment our parent no longer has! They 've now been reported to the bank's fraud department. NO ONE at Lincare has fixed the problem, as we speak. They had NO RIGHT to use our parent's debit card to begin with. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HORRID COMPANY FOR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. THEY TRULY SUCK! Corey leaves a lot to be desired as an employee.

Initial interview with Lincare with dispersal of CPAP went well. Problems were repeated billing…read moreerrors and not receiving orders for the mask attachment and filters. I set these up to be shipped monthly, yet waited many months to receive them. Later I would get calls asking if I wanted to order supplies, but why was this necessary when I already set up automatic shipments with auto payments? The first call I thought must be from a different company trying to sell supplies and I told the woman that I get my supplies from Lincare and was not interested. She did not tell me she worked for Lincare. When calling Lincare to find out why I was not receiving supplies but was being billed for them, I learned this call was from Lincare and I "cancelled shipments". I ONLY received two shipments in almost a year. The last one the caller got the order wrong and I corrected her, stating I ONLY needed the mask attachment and filters. She repeated "so you want the whole headset and mask?" I corrected her. She shipped hundreds of dollars worth of supplies that I did NOT order and Medicare was billed about $700 for these! I told Lincare I no longer wanted the hassle of ordering supplies from them due to all these errors and asked for a return label to return this box of supplies I did not order. The return label was never sent. I called again and was finally able to speak to someone who took care of this and got the return label out to me immediately. My roommate also uses Lincare for the same type of CPAP. They gave them his current address, yet sent supplies to a previous address, so he never received them yet got billed for them. Repeated phone calls have not resolved this for him. In checking online reviews I find there are numerous reports for these repeated billing errors. I was surprised to find this site gives them a 5-star rating and note that this is the ONLY rating for Lincare on Yelp. This 5k-star review was submitted by an employee. This is against the rules and should be removed.
