These folks do a great job. The produce is way better than every other store in a 5 miles radius,…read moreyes, including the one that rhymes with Arman's, Bar Man, Carmen... the butcher shop is what I'm referring to for this visit. Everyone has short ribs for braising but never for KBB. I asked the guy place meat in the display if Smith's takes special orders. Yes! I ordered 3 pounds of thinly cut short ribs and they did not disappoint and there were no additional fees for the excellent service.

If there were a negative star rating, that's what this awful store would get. First off, the store…read moresmells like mold. Not a little. It smacks you right between the eyes the moment you walk in. Second, this place is mismanaged from top to bottom. Been frequenting Smiths for 30+ years, never once been 'carded' to purchase a lighter. The old lady cashier openly discriminating against me refused to sell to me, even though I am near 50, and visibly so. A young female manager standing nearby stated that lighters are a restricted item 'requiring' ID. Instead of recognizing that I am clearly well above the age for purchasing, she states she cannot make an exception. So I ask to file a complaint. While I wait, an elderly female bagger who clearly has mental issues and can't paint in the lines with the ridiculous makeup on her face starts running her mouth, insulting my attempt to file a complaint. Then an older, ignorant and hostile female manager derails my report and attempts to trivialize and and discredit my complaint saying, "It's not her (the young female managers) fault. Something I never stated. Then, a young male manager appears from nowhere, gets right up in my face and attempts to intimidate me, yelling in my face telling me to leave. No discourse, no dialog, just openly hostile with feeble attempts to intimidate me, over me questioning their 'practices' and trying to file a complaint. Squaring up like he is going to do something (which was hilarious because this effeminate man was about intimidating as undercooked French toast). Unprofessional and near assault, over a lighter and a complaint. There is a dramatic lack of customer service, overall management and operation of this store. The smell of mold should have been enough. From the cashier to the supposed managers, NONE of them should be employed here. This wasn't about proper procedure, it was precisely about discrimination. This store should close. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a hard time picking how many stars to put for this review because my first experience with…read moreone employee was bad (horrible customer service and worthy of 1 star), but then I was helped by another employee who was very nice and helpful (5 stars). Here's what happened: I knew this location was open 24 hours, but I called around 6:30 p.m. to see if their photo center was also open 24 hours and to see if I could get my photos printed if I came in late that night. The lady I spoke to said yes. I went in at 10:40 p.m. and put in my order for my pictures on the self-serve computer. Then I went to the front to tell the employee I had done it and asked if I could get them printed please (the receipt said they would be ready at 1 a.m. but they always do it right away if you ask). She said I would have to wait till 1 a.m. because their photo computers updated from 11 to 1 and she wouldn't be able to print anything during that time. I said, "okay, but it's 10:50." And it would not take more than 5 minutes to print 20 4x6 photos. She insisted that it still wouldn't be possible because she was helping other customers check out and couldn't go over to the photo center right then (she was the only one on the clock). I found it strange that she was willing to help all the customers in line behind me rather than spend 10 seconds to walk to the photo computer and press one button for me (who was in front of all the other waiting customers). But maybe she felt that the customers checking out come before someone who needs other assistance. So I waited. I let everyone go in front of me while I waited, and hoped that she would finish all these customers before 11 p.m. and then I could convince her to help me. As I waited, I noticed one customer who got in line wearing a Walgreens shirt (an employee, barely off the clock, buying something on her way out). She asked, "are you in line?" And I told her I was waiting for help at the photo center. She said she could help me. She walked the 30 feet to the photo center and pressed 1 button and my pictures were printing. It took 5 seconds, maybe 10 tops. I was so grateful! I was there on Saturday night trying to print photos for Mother's Day the next day and she totally saved me! As I checked out, the original lady who wouldn't help me said "sorry about that. I couldn't legally ask for her help since she wasn't on the clock." But honestly, that doesn't matter. She didn't need help! It would have taken her 10 seconds to help me and save me 2 hours of waiting! But she wasn't willing.

I am not quite sure where the one star rating for this location is coming from but I personally…read morelike it and have probably visited this store enough to say that it deserves at least a 3 star The pros: Good service in store and especially in pharmacy and decent product options. Products priced economically One of few places that has a electric car charging station though I am not sure if it's free but looked like it was. Conveniently located( if one notices all Walgreens are almost always found near a intersection with traffic lights and this is appears deliberate as it gets max visibility and easy access. Overall I get what I want and expect from a store like Walgreens considering the target customers they are trying to cater to. The cons: The photo department I have found appear lackadaisical about their work with usually no one manning the front desk to tend to a potential customer. The stores themselves could do with more floor space and hence better aisle layout leading to the ability to represent more products arranged and displayed in a better manner Overall lacks the wow factor that takes it to next level.

Best Walgreens experience I've ever had! Carrie was so helpful and kind. I had some issues with my…read morephotos, and she was so patient with me as we solved a problem that was my fault. So thankful for her kindness and time. The store was insanely busy and only two people working, but they took care of every single person. Thank you wonderful people!

I had to pick up a supplement to my prescription at Walgreens where I have been getting my…read moreprescriptions for a few years now. It took me several minutes for the pharmacist to understand that I knew I would have to pay for it and that insurance would not - but that I wanted to fill it anyway. She didn't seem to speak very good English. Later, I went to the drive through and was told by Jason that it wasn't ready yet and that it would take about ten minutes. He requested I pull through the drive through and come back later. I looked around the two stalls and found that me and one other car were in the drive through the other car in the other lane). I indicated that as long as there wasn't anyone waiting behind me I would like to wait where I was. He got really rude and told me that as long as I didn't move he would not help the next person sitting at the window. I explained that I was the only car in my lane and that if someone pulled in I would be glad to move for them. He refused and repeated that he wouldn't help the next person in the other drive through line until I moved. I couldn't believe his attitude since I myself have waited behind other cars for sometimes as long as 30 minutes. He then informed me that the prescription would now somehow take longer and that I should just leave. I checked the price my insurance company was paying and it was $5.00. These people charged me $11.00 for the same prescription. I will not be sending anymore prescriptions to this pharmacy - they don't seem to have it together enough to properly do business and don't seem to be governed by common sense.
