It has a way for you to write to them to explain why they should refill it "early", which I filled out, but they never responded. Having missed one dose I called to get the prescription refilled. They told me they would have it ready the next day after 10am. I went in the next day but in the afternoon. They hadn't filled it and told me to come back after at least an hour. I went back when I was able to, but it was more like 3 hours later. They had closed early that day. They hadn't warned me that they were closing early, which would have been nice to know. So, again I couldn't get my prescription! It's been over a week since I missed my meds that are crucial for me to keep up regularly! This is just the latest of many problems I've had with Walgreens, I'm looking for a better pharmacy.

She needs an attitude check for her power complex / the manager needs to make sure the policy is clear for employees if it's actually changed. Life is already frustrating enough, especially for people who need medication for physical ailments, and we shouldn't have to deal with rude people. However, they have fair prices so I hope they fix this customer experience issue so I can continue going to them.

Also, their Haagen-Dazs bars were on clearance sale for only $1.59, so I snatched a bunch. Cheryl, the staff at self-checkout, was super helpful. I had some trouble with using the coupons, and she showed me how to do it correctly and explained how it all worked, and she even gave me some helpful tips for the future! I asked if it was on the shelf he said yes it's on the shelf so I drove all the way over there to find there is not even a place for this pizza on their shelf. My problem with this interaction is not that I didn't get pizza. It's that I spent my time going over there to get something that wasn't even on the shelf because the employee didn't bother to look and just lied to me that they had it. I talked to management. I told them the story Keegan was present. I told Keegan I get that everybody's understaffed and we're all busy, but if you don't have time to actually go do what you say you're going to do which is look for it then just ask somebody else to help the customer instead of telling them something that's not true. I would like to see this location give all of their employees some customer service remediation. This is not my first poor customer service at this location. I think everybody could benefit from it. Products priced economically One of few places that has a electric car charging station though I am not sure if it's free but looked like it was. Conveniently located( if one notices all Walgreens are almost always found near a intersection with traffic lights and this is appears deliberate as it gets max visibility and easy access. Overall I get what I want and expect from a store like Walgreens considering the target customers they are trying to cater to. The cons: The photo department I have found appear lackadaisical about their work with usually no one manning the front desk to tend to a potential customer. The stores themselves could do with more floor space and hence better aisle layout leading to the ability to represent more products arranged and displayed in a better manner Overall lacks the wow factor that takes it to next level.
