We are very happy with the work that Jerry and his crew did removing are old fence and replacing it with a beautiful new vinyl fence. Jerry called to let us know when they would be there and keep us updated during the process. They cleaned up the work site nicely. The quote was exactly the final price which was nice. read more

Had a fantastic experience with Haven. Beau gave us a quote and answered all my questions and was there every step of the way. The contractor Jerry and his crew installed 100 ' of fence in 3 days. Very hot days too. Still very professional and kept us educated on the install. Fantastic workmanship. Love it !! read more

After sending a request for a quote with Home Depot in September, we were contacted promptly by Haven Yards. Beau came out the next day to do the quote and answered our questions. The quote was comparable to others received in our area. We had our fence installed just one week later. The installation was done in one day (63 ft vinyl fence and one gate) which was faster than what we expected. It's been almost a month since installation and we are happy with our fence! Everyone we worked with was great and our project went very smoothly. read more

The crew at Haven Yards Fencing is responsive and supportive. They answered all my questions and got the project done right!

Haven Yards Fencing is the contractor for Home Depot. They sent an installer by the name of Sadic to do my fence. Sadic was AWESOME!!!!! He was the hardest worker I have ever seen!!! Staying late both nights to complete the job! He was very friendly and would come find me to ask questions regarding the install before doing it! He did a wonderful job!!!!!! The fence looks GREAT! read more

I received my judgment in my favor for the fence installation by Haven Yards INC. I had asked assistance in doing some correcting of issues and they refused. Over time it has had more issues. Don Barlow did not bother to show up in court, but has a chance to appeal. The judge felt very confident in his judgment. I see many are happy with their fence. Mine is wood...maybe that is the difference. read more

home Depot had me use haven yards to build my fence. Within a few months it was obvious there were significant issues with the construction. Home Depot said I needed to deal with haven directly for warranty repairs. It took months to get them to return my calls and when i finally got a hold of Don he gave me the run around for almost a year. after looking at my fence and seeing the issues he now avoids all calls and contact. Absolute garbage. read more

STAND OUT from the REST! Had fencing delivered to my door for DIY installation. Insanely easy to install. Also the fencing is a true 6' fence, unlike ALL other fencing companies in Utah. Durability is like nothing available in Utah. The panels are individual 1"x 6" that have four ribs in each. So while your neighbors fence is flapping in the wind you have peace of mind knowing your fence is solid as a rock. Last but not least, the kit set gates are so strong and sturdy with top of the line hinges that are sleek and strong. Extremely happy with the product, price, delivery and the final installation. Thanks so much, I'll be ordering again for my next move. read more

Start to finish, Haven Yards Fencing was prompt, professional, and easy to communicate with. They did an awesome job on the fence, on schedule, and with a friendly and professional crew. I would recommend the Haven Yard Fencing company to anyone looking for a new vinyl fence. read more

What can I say about Don and his team at Haven Yards Fencing? They are AWESOME! They were contracted through the Home Depot. Don was very pleasant to work with and came out promptly to give us our bid. He kept us informed through the process with all the supply shortages going on in today's world. We chose a black chain link fence and man does it look great. The boys who came out to install were very helpful as we did our final walk before installing. The REAL winner on this deal was while installing the gate post, a valve sprinkler line was unfortunately cut. This was really nobody's fault. It was not marked as I didn't even know it was there. They could have easily just filled the hole and said nothing. He came and showed me so I merely had a 10 dollar wire splice fix that could have been hundreds if I had to search or pay someone to find the break. You can't put a price on that type of honesty. I get so many compliments on my new fence and my dog now has the freedom she deserves from having a fenced in yard. Thank you Don and crew! read more

I went through Home Depot to install my vinyl fence, and they hire Haven Yards Fencing for my area, and Haven Yards was great! I live in a townhouse community so I needed a small fence to let our puppy out and Haven Yards was very kind to me and helped me through every step of the process. They knew just the right fence to order to match the color and style of other fences in my neighborhood (to please the HOA). They even called 811 (call before you dig) for me. It was only my responsibility to mark sprinkler lines and make sure the area was clear. For the installation of my fence, Haven Yards hired Armando Guerrero from Lion's Handyman LLC, and Armando did a fantastic job installing my fence. Although Home Depot does not officially haul the dirt away, assuming that would be my responsibility, for a small fee (to cover dumping costs), Armando dug each post by hand with a shovel, dumped each shovel full of dirt into buckets and walked those buckets to the bed of his truck. It looked exhausting, but he and one other worker never complained, and I didn't have to worry about mounds of dirt all over my yard. They were kind and answered any questions I had and talked with me all about my gate options and where each post would go and everything. They finished the whole job within 4-5 hours! They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend Haven Yards Fencing and/or Armando to anyone. read more

Haven Yards fencing was a referral from Home Depot. Initially Don Barlow was great. He gave a fair quote, provided great information about the product he would use and gave some good recommendations on the fence we wanted to have installed. We agreed to move forward with the project and he subcontracted the job out to a different fencing company. Initially, the job looked great. The only issue we faced was the Installers mistakenly removed a fence post of my neighbors. Instead of sending the crew back to fix the removed fence post he offered to give me a credit to fix the fence post on my own. Which I agree to. We spent nearly a hour breaking up concrete (from our drive way and the concrete the post was in) and setting a new post. Don and I agreed that $300 was a fair price considering that we needed to rent a jack hammer and repair damage to the drive way (see pictures below) It's been nearly two weeks of back and forth and Don still has not given me a refund. After looking at the installed fence closer I realized the installers dug and left open fence post holes that were not needed (again see pictures below) installed a crooked fence, and left piles of dirt all over the back fence line. When I talked to Don about the problems we had with the contractor he offered to have them come out a fix the additional issues on the following Saturday. When Saturday came the crew never came to fix the holes and crooked fence line. At this point he is no longer replying to my texts or phone calls. If I could do this all over again I would not do business with Haven Yards Fencing. read more

Firstly, I was never told how the yard would be installed on my sloped yard. I took the initiative of filling in my yard with soil so that the fence Haven Yards installed would actually provide some degree of privacy. During installation, the design they laid our looked funny (a weird gap at the end), so I asked the installer if there was any extra materials to make a panel to create a more finished look. Well, they had another job they were going to and left it unsecured - so that it blows in the wind and I have to resecure on my own. I messaged Haven and Don Barlow both directly and no response. Its disgusting that they would ignore my request for help (which I was willing to pay for) given I was charged just over $6000 for about 100 linear ft of fencing. West Valley City, UT read more

Haven Yards and Don specifically were good to work with. They communicated well while we waited for the installation and helped quickly resolve a minor issue with the caps after the install was done. In my book how you handle hiccups in business is the measure of a good company that stands behind their word. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Very good service and I would definitely use them again if the need for a new fence arises. Final bill was within a few dollars of the quote with no surprises. The crew was hardworking and professional. I had 150 feet of fence replaced. They removed the old fence and installed the new fence in the same day. Had a small payment mix up but Tammy was very patient and professional and we got it resolved. read more
