We ended up with Sam, who is a very nice and friendly person back at our house the next morning with the part. In a few hours, he was able to replace the damaged spring and service both doors of the 3 car garage. He was a man of business integrity on his promise of his quick arrival, adherence to the next day appointment and his quoted price. After reading many reviews of his competition who were accused of "up selling" and surprising price increases, Sam earned our trust and admiration for being an honest businessman. We recommend Idaho Garage Repairs without hesitation. Top notch professionalism at a time when there was considerable stress due to the failed door. Call him first.

My husband liked how thorough Hive Garage Doors was when trying to determine the problem. Upon the Vida we received there was a wild disparity between companies with Hive being the most competitive. Not only did Hive do a great job with the install, but they made sure they left the garage how they found it by ensuring they cleaned up whatever mess they made. This company is amazing…read more On Sunday (the day before MLK) my garage door completely came off of its track and would not close nor open. I had to call A+ garage services because they were one of the few that was open 24 hrs. After the rep from A+ repaired he played a huge scare tactic on me and said I needed to replace the entire thing: the motor and the garage door and quoted me a $2,300 price. He said it was one of their cheaper prices. Fortunately, I shopped around and came across Overhead Door. Their service reps came down and said, that this could easily be repaired and advised 100% against getting a new door and a new motor. They told me my door was slightly dinged up but that was the worst of it. All-in-all, it cost me $90.00 to fix everything...NOT $2300! They fixed it, provided awesome service and most importantly they took a consultative approach rather than a cheap scare tactic. The rep I worked with was Steve Nibler. He's rad! We chose Legacy because it is a local, independent business and he did a wonderful job on our first project, a storage shed for our backyard. The price he quoted was reasonable and fair. The final price was close to the original quote. However, the project took twice as long to complete. Nevertheless, as we saw the progress of the project and the high quality of work being done, we became less concerned about the timeline of completion. We are extremely pleased with the aesthetics of our new living space. More importantly, we watched the construction of Michael's work. He was cognitive of cost, yet he never compromised on the quality and workmanship. Shortly after the job was completed, we had our HVAC technician come in to clean our furnance. The firt thing he said was, "Wow, what a beautiful floor!" Everyone that walks into our basement mentions how beautiful everything turned out. The bathroom with a full size walk-in shower looks far more expensive than it actually cost. We are extremetly pleased with Legacy Doors and More and the subcontractors that Michael hired for the plumbing and electrical work.
