They quoted within the insurance company's allowable amount. If you've ever dealt with home insurance repairs, you'll know that's not very common. Most quotes will be above what the insurance company initially decides the repairs should cost. Plus, most companies won't even come do the piece work that the insurance approves to be done, because it's not a large enough job. I was able to schedule the estimate online, and the paperwork was delivered through email, which is a much more convenient way to deal with things. No calls from numbers you don't know, unsure whether you should answer, or if it's just another robocall, and no paperwork to physically file away. Once I decided to hire them, they had a roofer here within 2 days to do the repairs. The roofer did not collect payment that day, the manager/owner came back later to check the work, and that's when I paid for the repairs. That was another nice plus, knowing that the work will be inspected before collecting payment. I'd recommend this company to anyone that wants repairs done, or a new roof installed. We won't need one for probably another 10+years, but I'll be contacting them again when that day comes.

One of those was American Prrestige Roofing. I talked to Steve the owner a couple of times, prior to accept his bid. He along with his crew showed up early, and did quick job on the tear off. I was in contact with his lead/forman all the way to the end, which was 2 days. They cleaned up all the debri without any issue's. When you pull out thousands of nails you will miss a few, and his crew walked the area to pick up every one they could find. Overall they did a great job, and after discussing this with a couple of other roofing companies that was quoting a stupid price, I am so happy I selected this Company. If I have any issues I contacted Steve directly and they will take care of any issue. The quality and timely completion of work was fabulous . I could not have asked for anything better, plus they give Veterans discount, which means a lot to me. They worked hard and the job was great.

Got to talking about plans for the door hole patch on the east side and the need to paint and fix more things - Kris mentioned he had crews able to do all the work needed. The price he quoted was as good as the roof & gutters cost. Again the crews did beautiful work putting up the hardy board siding to cover the patch - painting and installing beautiful aluminum soffit and fascia. I can't pick my jaw up of the ground. Do your research and DON'T buy from these guys. They absolutely swindled me and now I'm on the hook for $50,000 dollars. I'll just tell you straight. These folks lied and said the system would cover my electric bill. I asked many times and the sales guy knew it was my only reason for buying from them. He told me repeatedly that it would cover my bill. 2 years later I am stuck with a 250+ loan payment and my electric bill only went down about 20-30 dollars a month. On top of that the system was installed poorly and incorrectly. It didn't affect the output bit it limited my ability to see and measure the input/output of the system. Was this done intentionally so I couldn't see the scam? The sales guy knew what he was doing. When I reached out to the company they didn't take responsibility and tried to blame the installers. They did not disclose the proper information and don't have the integrity as a company to make it right. I'm a reasonable person and would have worked out a reasonable solution. They offered NO help or solution at all. I have had a third party come out and inspect things. Not only was it installed poorly, he informed me that he's confident the sales person knew that my area wouldn't be compatible with the type of system they installed and that it was blatant negligence to have sold me the system. The company never followed up, never checked in, never communicated. They had me sign on the dotted line and I never had a helpful communication since. My family all have systems from other companies and they let me know this isn't the experience with these other companies. So again, do yourself a favor... do your research and find a more respectable company. I haven't worked with them myself but my family has had a good experience with ES Solar.
