However, they never paid the materials supply company and now the materials supply company has placed a lien on my home for the amount MyRoof Utah owes them for my roofing materials. Run from these fraudsters. To be fair they did good work, they just don't pay their suppliers and you will end up with a lien on your house for their unpaid bills.

One of those was American Prrestige Roofing. I talked to Steve the owner a couple of times, prior to accept his bid. He along with his crew showed up early, and did quick job on the tear off. I was in contact with his lead/forman all the way to the end, which was 2 days. They cleaned up all the debri without any issue's. When you pull out thousands of nails you will miss a few, and his crew walked the area to pick up every one they could find. Overall they did a great job, and after discussing this with a couple of other roofing companies that was quoting a stupid price, I am so happy I selected this Company. If I have any issues I contacted Steve directly and they will take care of any issue. The quality and timely completion of work was fabulous . I could not have asked for anything better, plus they give Veterans discount, which means a lot to me. They worked hard and the job was great.

They were able to get us in within a week and the whole process took four days from tear off to replacement. They were professional and fast all the while keeping our home and yard clean. They had knowledge of the tools, product and process. They worked quickly and efficiently and we ended up with a beautiful new roof. Got to talking about plans for the door hole patch on the east side and the need to paint and fix more things - Kris mentioned he had crews able to do all the work needed. The price he quoted was as good as the roof & gutters cost. Again the crews did beautiful work putting up the hardy board siding to cover the patch - painting and installing beautiful aluminum soffit and fascia. I can't pick my jaw up of the ground. My house is no longer the ugliest place on the street.

Caused holes in the membrane of my roof and tried to hide it or "fix" by smearing caulking on it!…read moreWon't take responsibility for improper installation since the guy nailed all along the membrane creating multiple new/additional leaks and won't reply. Claims he " couldn't find the leak/leaks but it's not his responsibility" also stated it's no longer under warranty since we had another contractor on the roof (since he couldn't find it). Contactor found they nailed along the transition to the flat roof creating multiple new leaks! DO NO RECOMMEND!
