Due to a late snow, and a massive old tree falling on our property, we needed an out of code, bent…read moreelectrical mast removed, and the roof repaired to prevent any future leaking. They quoted within the insurance company's allowable amount. If you've ever dealt with home insurance repairs, you'll know that's not very common. Most quotes will be above what the insurance company initially decides the repairs should cost. Plus, most companies won't even come do the piece work that the insurance approves to be done, because it's not a large enough job. I was able to schedule the estimate online, and the paperwork was delivered through email, which is a much more convenient way to deal with things. No calls from numbers you don't know, unsure whether you should answer, or if it's just another robocall, and no paperwork to physically file away. Once I decided to hire them, they had a roofer here within 2 days to do the repairs. The roofer did not collect payment that day, the manager/owner came back later to check the work, and that's when I paid for the repairs. That was another nice plus, knowing that the work will be inspected before collecting payment. I'd recommend this company to anyone that wants repairs done, or a new roof installed. We won't need one for probably another 10+years, but I'll be contacting them again when that day comes.

Kanga Roof did a small repair for us two years ago and we were so impressed with their honesty and the quality of the work they did that I knew I'd never call anyone else. We are planning on putting our house on the market next Spring and didn't want any surprises, so we called Kanga for a 21-point roof inspection, expecting we'd be told we need a new roof. Jake was so thorough and told us that we have about three years left, but also alerted to some areas that need attention. Based on this, the repairs were completed today, with a total cost of $1500.00. The crew did a great job and Jake showed me pictures of everything that had been done. The next owners will know they have several years before they need to think about a new roof and that's a great way to start a new home ownership! Is Kanga Roof the cheapest? No. Are they a company that will deliver what they promise and earn your trust? ABSOLUTELY! Do it right the first time and hire Kanga Roof!

Got to talking about plans for the door hole patch on the east side and the need to paint and fix more things - Kris mentioned he had crews able to do all the work needed. Ahmad came to our home to provide a free quote and spent nearly two hours thoroughly inspecting both the roof and the attic. That level of detail immediately set them apart. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence in their process. We received six different bids, and Master Roofing's was by far the most comprehensive. It was clear that other companies were leaving out items that likely would have shown up later as added costs. With Master Roofing, everything was transparent upfront. Before the project even started, McKay and Kris came out to walk us through the entire process. They were professional, thorough, and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. Throughout the project, Cole (the project manager) was exceptional. His communication was consistent, proactive, and incredibly helpful. We always felt informed and taken care of. The crew was fantastic...friendly, professional, and efficient. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality, kept the job site clean each day, and were very respectful of our property. They even finished the project about half a day earlier than expected. After completion, McKay stopped by to personally check everything over and make sure we were satisfied, which really speaks to their level of care and accountability. I highly recommend Master Roofing. Do your homework and get multiple estimates...you'll quickly see why this company stands out.
