There was a staffing change during our project, and unfortunately we were given incorrect contact information during the transition. Because of that, the company wasn't aware we were still trying to resolve a remaining issue. Once they saw there was an issue they reconnected, they responded and worked with us to address the concerns, including making sure everything met city permit requirements. I really appreciate that they ultimately stood behind their work and followed through. While the process took longer than we expected, I'm glad we were able to get everything resolved. Overall, I appreciate their willingness to come back and make things right.

They didn't want to use the company that had done their home a few years earlier due to very poor communication and not showing up as agreed.  These guys had great reviews and are a local small business so I gave them a call. Roberto answered and made an appointment to come out right away and do an estimate. He gave them a great price and was able to start the following Monday morning. He came when they said, communicated every step of the way and did a great job. They even cut down some tree limbs that were hanging over the garage and hauled them away for no extra charge. My parents were very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again and will refer them to family, friends and neighbors.

They transformed my house from faded and dated to modern and beautiful in just a few days. The crew was respectful, professional, and easy to work with... even when they had to navigate around a few messy issues left by other contractors. Five stars all the way. The photos don't even do justice to how much better it looks now!

The work looks great. I had a side drive and hot tub patio installed. So excited to have it done quick. Thanks MBC!!!

They were far better to work with than the company that replaced the roof on my house. While I was inspecting their work, I noticed that the roof on my house had issues. I had Bob Harvey come back out to repair that as well. I probably could have had it warrantied through the company that originally did the work, but JP and John with Bob Harvey were so much better to work with, I just had them do it. Both jobs were smooth and well priced. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

But, on my kitchen ceiling, in my new home, a tape seam separated. Page came and looked at it, and quickly wanted to blame it on a roof leak. I verified that wasn't the case by getting into the attic and checking everywhere, especially above the bad seam and on the sheetrock itself. I've never seen a seam do what this did, but according to Pages, it does happen. I accept it happens, but I think the cause is poor application of mud on the tape prior to closing the joint. And, I thought they'd come and just fix it. But, they wanted to charge me $300 for doing this. This really disappointed me, and so I've written this review. I'm also leaving the tape job like it is for now, and when people ask, I tell them the story. It's a conversation starter, and not a good one for Page.
