Claudio made sure everything was clean, straight and nicely finished. It was exactly what I wanted and could have hoped for. Nothing was overlooked and no corners were cut at all. It gave me the impression that he was doing the job as if he was doing it for his grandmother and wanted to be proud of the final product. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is because scheduling was hard to predict. I didn't really know when the job was going to happen. It made me nervous and gave me unneeded stress. My wife wanted me to cancel and try someone else. In the end, I'm glad that Claudio and his crew were the ones I stuck with.

You can put off some home repairs indefinitely, but a leaky roof isn't one of them. Cracked,…read morecurled, or missing roof shingles demand immediate attention; if neglected, they can lead to severe water damage. My past experience show that performance, skill, commitment, craftsmanship, responsibility, trust, transparency vary widely among roofing companies and contractors. I hired 6 total roofers in Ogden, Utah and 4/6 didn't show up. One particular contractor repaired the roof with several flaws and never returned my emails or calls. Tim was the 6th contractor I called and I'm super glad I found him. I truly appreciate great business people that you can trust. Thank you so much for helping me solve the issues with my roof and making my life easier.

That's okay but it would have been better to have been told that last year when the entire roof was replaced. If I had been notified of the issue last year I could have made an informed decision to prevent issues and fix everything correctly all at once.

When they did call, they showed up and told me they would give me two separate bids (front yard/back yard)... that was over a week ago. They haven't responded or sent me a quote. After posting my review, the owner, Bryce Wade, texted me personally. At first, he said he was…read more"concerned" and wanted to learn from the situation. I respectfully replied that I had already made my point clear and that I did not wish to have further contact. Despite that, he sent me another message -- this time pressuring me to remove my review and essentially blaming me for everything. To be clear: I paid my bill. I acknowledged it was late. What I cannot accept is being threatened with a lien on my home over $250, and then being personally harassed by the business owner when I shared my honest experience. I stand by my review. Reviews exist so customers can share their experiences, good or bad, without being intimidated into silence. For me, this stopped being about a sprinkler bill a long time ago -- it's about how a company chooses to treat people. And the way Yard Masters chose to treat me was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.

On one, he and his associate took down a 40' tall blue spruce and several diseases aspen trees. On the second he removed, to the ground, a 45' tall Alianthus (Tree of "Paridise"), and three 30' tall Box Elders. They also significantly cleaned up and unweighted a diseased Siberian Elm tree to remove dead branches and excessive growth. Their equipment is modern and professional and Braden climbs right up into the trees to get where he needs to be to do his job. The pricing is competitive and they are reliable. I'll use them again as needed for future tree removal and pruning work.

I have had an excellent experience with Wright Sheds. Their customer service is responsive,…read morepatient, and genuinely focused on making sure the customer is satisfied. The team carefully color-matched the paint and designed the building to complement an existing structure. The installers were professional, courteous, and meticulous about making sure everything was plumb, level, square, and aesthetically pleasing. Amador, the lead builder, was especially helpful and did excellent work. Jenn leading the design-estimating-project management process was first class. One item later needed attention, and Wright Sheds handled it professionally and completed the repair to my satisfaction. That kind of follow-through says a great deal about a company. I have owned Wright Sheds buildings for approximately five years, and the quality has held up very well. Based on the workmanship, service, and long-term durability, I would confidently recommend Wright Sheds.

We selected the upgrades we wanted and the shed cost less than it would've with Tuff Shed. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them if you want a stress free experience and a high quality shed.
