Malcom came over and took meticulous pictures, measurements and notes about our repair job before giving us a quote. He worked with our insurance adjuster and provided all of the required information to him directly to help insure we would get the work covered. The team came on time and did a great job taping off and covering the floors to protect my stuff from the scratchy drywall dust. They repaired over 60 holes in a very timely manner. He neglected to text me and tell me he'd be running a little late. It turned out to a big fat lie. I gave him until 3:00 pm. He kept making excuses that they wanted him to do more work and again didn't notify me. It all turned out to be total lies and he's a scammer. It was too late to stop the Venmo transaction. He is really responsive until you send him money. I realized after I was too trusting and when I read other reviews here I noticed he had done the same thing two years ago. Also, he hadn't had a review on Yelp for over two years. Don't be trusting. I requested the money back through Venmo and he obviously didn't send the money back. Buyer beware this guy Miguel is a smooth snake like character. I hope I save someone else from getting ripped off from him.
