Again the crews did beautiful work putting up the hardy board siding to cover the patch - painting and installing beautiful aluminum soffit and fascia. I can't pick my jaw up of the ground. I received a few estimates and Coury's was right in the mix. What sold me was his taking the time to walk me through the process explaining everything from the tear off, plywood replacement, water/ice barrier, shingles and cleanup. I asked about his crew, I know some roofers use day laborers, he assured me that his crew had been together for years. Plus, he promised to work directly with our insurance company, so I didn't have that hassle. He told me it would take two days. I didn't believe him as there were two layers to tear off plus replacing the plywood sections. As soon as I signed our contract, which spelled everything out in detail, he got the ball rolling. Shingles and dumpster were delivered the next day and they started the day after. Caution! They show up early. They started working at 6:45 am and worked until 7:45. Were there at 6:45 again the next day. They finished by 4:30. Cleanup was awesome, In fact, they raked the yard so that it looked better than before they arrived. They went around the house twice with a rolling magnetic pick-up tool to get any nails from the tear off. It's been a few months now and we've never found one stray nail. The crew worked together like a team that's been together for a long time. Coury and his team restored my faith in honest contractors that do what they promised, on time and on budget. I hope I'll never need a new roof, but if I do, Coury will be my only call. Plus, the fact that he's an easy guy to deal with is an added bonus.
