No-showed my appointment. I had a confirmation texted in the morning but the person never showed up. No response to my voicemails.

We had a small house fire and had to replace all of our electrical system in our house. We have a mixture of drywall and plaster walls and wall fixers is one of the few places around that can fix plaster. Malcom came over and took meticulous pictures, measurements and notes about our repair job before giving us a quote. He worked with our insurance adjuster and provided all of the required information to him directly to help insure we would get the work covered. The team came on time and did a great job taping off and covering the floors to protect my stuff from the scratchy drywall dust. They repaired over 60 holes in a very timely manner. They were easy and pleasant to have around. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if needed. read more

My calls are not always picked up, but they are good in returning calls if you leave them a voicemail. Also e-mail communication is pretty good too. In short, there is no grave problem in communication. I needed help to patch holes on my textured ceiling and on the wall left from previous home theater installation work. Quote offered is comparable with the market since I did collect quotes from multiple companies. I chose Wall Fixers because of reliable Yelp reviews. On the actual work day, they were punctual, so that is good. Everything was done in about 4-5 hours. Work quality is superb. I can barely notice the patching on my textured ceiling. If I have any complain, it's the muddy/dirt trail the guy left on his way from the main door to the basement, where the work was done. There were muddy fingerprints on the main door, dirt patches on the door frames and in basement. It's not really a big deal and definitely not a deal breaker since those are easily cleaned but I want to mention this so they can improve. I will definitely consider their service again in the future because it's hard to get contractors that you trust. p/s Dang I did not see the discount deal on Yelp for this company. Could've saved me 50-100 dollars. read more

Well, good neighbor reviews and started off well after a virtual estimate, but we had to ask for our deposit back. Lined up new carpeting around dry wall ceiling repair but wall fixers called morning of to cancel as installer was 'in a meeting' and said they would call the following day to make another appointment. They never called. We got our deposit back. I hope these people remember when building is slow that we would never call them or recommend them. We are easy to work with, didn't quibble over the bid, pay our bilks, and have reasonable expectations. In other words not the kind of potential customer to blow off. read more

Great Experience. Our cabinet hinges broke just before a family party. The Property Property handyman arrived as scheduled and was very efficient in fixing the cabinets and a few other odd jobs we wanted done. The price was very fair and the work was solid. We have had the "Unfortunate" need to call Property Property on two separate occasions. One with a leaky basement bathroom that turned into a bigger problem than we had hoped and another where we needed to re-grout our shower. Both times the handymen were on time and did a great job. They stuck to their quoted price even though there were some additional needs and they were responsive to our questions and concerns. I highly recommend them if you need small repairs and jobs done around the house. read more

I don't know what everyone is raving about. Maybe they are great. I wouldn't know. I made an appointment for yesterday at 7:00 am to get a quote and they where a no call no show. Called and made another appointment for today (the next day) at 7:00 am and again no call no show. The slogan "We're on time so we don't waste your time" is a bunch of BS!!!!! I am purposely giving little details to be discreet since the handyman knows where I live. The good: I needed a handyman to fix something at my home. An operator picked up the phone when I called and scheduled an appointment for me on the same day. The handyman that showed up was on time and friendly. He worked very quickly and finished in the amount of time he thought it would take. The transaction went smoothly. The bad: The handyman didn't listen to all my concerns (he brushed them aside saying it would be no problem and was over confident) and did not think the whole process through before he started. He ended up having to take what I needed fixed apart a few times and put bolts into a few odd places to fix his own mistakes. In the end, he made sure I was ok with the job, but I know the "solution" he came up with will not last long term and I will be replacing it in a few months. I may use this company again for easy jobs I would never get to around the house, but never anything technical that could cause problems later on. read more

When I initially contacted Property Property they were quick to respond and sent someone out quickly for an estimate; however, after the visit for the estimate I was told I would receive an email with the bid in 24 hours. A day came and went and I heard nothing. I waited over the weekend (was expecting bid email on a Friday) and on Monday when I had still not seen anything come through I called the office to find out that my job was too large and they couldn't take it. It would have been nice to have been contacted by them with this information as I am sure they knew very soon after looking at my space that they wouldn't be able to do the job. read more

I called Wall Fixers to path 9 different holes made by a licensed Electrician (these were all small holes in walls/ceilings. Cost was around $340.00. Scheduled the appointment for 2 weeks out (taking off work to be home) and the appointment was set for 9:00 am. It is/was to be a 2 person job. In and out in less than 2 hours. However, only 1 person showed at 9:00 and the other person had all the tools and did not show up or call. The person there sat around in his truck waiting for the other person. After 45 minutes he comes in and says "I don't have any tools. I will have to leave and by some and I will be back". Home Depot/Lowes are only 3 miles away. He comes back at 10:30 and gets started. They were supposed to be done by 11:00 am. At 11:45 am the person said "I have another appointment to go to. I will be back on Monday to finish this.". I have left a VM at the office and have not had a return call yet. My issues: 1. They weren't prepared. 2. The lost 1 1/2 hours doing ZERO work because of item #1 above. 3. No communication from the office or the person about what is going on and how they are going to handle the situation. 4. Why did the person leave without finishing the work? The other appointment has to wait. Its not my problem that another employee did not show up to work. I could keep on complaining about the lack of professionalism but I hope this post helps people be careful when using this company. I had 3 different jobs lined up for this company to do. I had quotes and was ready to give them all 4 jobs. After this experience...I will be lucky to get the 1st one done and will never recommend this company or use them again. read more

These guys are great! My wife and I own a Condo in Utah but we live in Hawaii so getting thigs done at the Condo is difficult to say the least. Most of the time family ends up helping but that is not my style. I would rather handle my own issues or better yet have someone like Jamie from Property Property hanlde them for me! We needed a new bathroom exhast fan, dry wall repair and a new bathroom facuet installed. Jamie knocked out all the jobs and the price was very very fair. I made a Yelp just to warn people. Wall fixers: Probably the most overpriced under-qualified and untrustworthy drywalling company ever. They came into my small space and estimated near $2000 and three days for a job that took only $300 and 1 day. If you are thinking about choosing a company to patch a wall make sure you know what the cost per sq foot should be. Don't be tricked by these scam artists. (The price in Orem where they were appraising is about $1.70-$2.00 per sq foot) read more

I ignored the one bad review on here hoping that the 5 star reviews would be true. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing but a DISASTER. I called at 9am to make an appointment for some plumbing help and the woman took down my information saying someone would call me back in "just a few minutes." Five hours later I had to call them AGAIN because I never heard back! The gentleman who picked up this time was much friendlier, took down my information AGAIN, and said someone would come out the next morning. Ten minutes past the scheduled time a plumber came by with no tools on hand. After "diagnosing" the problem he said that he may have a snake back at his house he could go pick up to help with the draining. Once he was "at his house" he called us to recommend that we should just use a Roto-rooter because he didn't have the right tools. He came back to the house to pick up his payment for one hours worth of "work" (which was essentially for his time driving to and from his house - which was supposedly close by - to tell us he couldn't do anything). I was incredibly disappointed with their service! What a waste of time AND money!!! Will never use them again. read more

Had a new door and door fame put in. The header of the door had large gaps , I had to replace this myself. Did not clean up after mess and left the old door and old frame at my home. Wanted another 60 to take it to the dump. Will never use them again. Very unprofessionsal read more
