It involved laying a heated slab to accommodate a partially sunken hot tub. Tom did everything by the book and as with any construction project, when something went a little off the plan I was notified immediately with information as to what my options were. In the end, his estimate was right on and we have beautiful hot tub that has elevated the value of our home. 2 years after installation when the slab heater failed to work, I called Tom and he came right over. He had the plumber here the same day and diagnosed the problem immediately - a flipped circuit breaker. In addition to the hot tub project I have used Tom to remodel interior space and install custom cabinetry. Once again he and his team did an excellent job and we now have a beautiful mud room with boot heaters. Tom is a trustworthy and responsible contractor. if you are doing anything in Park City and want a company you can trust to get he job done right the first time, you simply have to call Tom. He was patient, and addressed all our concerns and questions promptly. After this past brutal winter we had water damage on one wall of the house and in our sunroom. We…read morecontracted with Fred Marshall painting to repair the damage. We obviously did not get the "A-Team". When the painter was finished I went in and saw that he forgot to take tape off of one window and left approximately 8 ft of tape on our glulam. Numerous spots in the sunroom where the painter scraped and sanded but did not fill with putty. Very noticeable. Paint was applied so thinly under the glue lamb that I can still see the water lines from this past winter. The worst part of the whole thing was on the second day he was in our dining area sanding, my wife was upstairs and heard a buzzing sound. When she came down about a half an hour later she was horrified to see him using an electric sander on the wall. He put no plastic sheeting up or anything. We had a fine white powdery dust all over the first floor of our house. It got into everything even display cabinets. We've spent days dusting and cleaning and we still find spots we've missed. Would not recommend and will not use again. I got an estimate from Peek... It was a little more but I should have gone with him I'm sure it would have been much more professional job.
