He was patient, and addressed all our concerns and questions promptly. The tile work was perfect, the vanity cabinet he designed was well made, and customized to our needs, and all the surface work from the floor up was excellent. After this past brutal winter we had water damage on one wall of the house and in our sunroom. We…read morecontracted with Fred Marshall painting to repair the damage. We obviously did not get the "A-Team". When the painter was finished I went in and saw that he forgot to take tape off of one window and left approximately 8 ft of tape on our glulam. Numerous spots in the sunroom where the painter scraped and sanded but did not fill with putty. Very noticeable. Paint was applied so thinly under the glue lamb that I can still see the water lines from this past winter. The worst part of the whole thing was on the second day he was in our dining area sanding, my wife was upstairs and heard a buzzing sound. When she came down about a half an hour later she was horrified to see him using an electric sander on the wall. He put no plastic sheeting up or anything. We had a fine white powdery dust all over the first floor of our house. It got into everything even display cabinets. We've spent days dusting and cleaning and we still find spots we've missed. Would not recommend and will not use again. I got an estimate from Peek... It was a little more but I should have gone with him I'm sure it would have been much more professional job.
