He was patient, and addressed all our concerns and questions promptly. The tile work was perfect, the vanity cabinet he designed was well made, and customized to our needs, and all the surface work from the floor up was excellent. Oscar made an appointment and I waited at home for him for a half hour. He never showed up and did not message me to let me know. When I finally wrote him and asked what was happening, this was his response. "good afternoon.I apologize a thousand times, and the truth is I forgot. I'm usually very punctual. If you could see me tomorrow at any time, I'd appreciate it." Very disappointing when hoping to hire someone to help with some electrical work.
