I put in my info yet when my order was delivered it went to an old address. The one fan I ordered shortly after the first 6 arrived at my correct address crazy. The problem was there were 4 on back order and when I realized they had somehow got incorrect address and sent the two there I told them it was wrong . They said not to worry it would be corrected plus I'd be notified when they would be shipped. We had a hurricane blow thru shortly after this and most everything was being delayed. I never got anything an email a phone call or text. They have all my info yet no contact. I finally went over to old address to see if by chance they'd been delivered again to wrong address. They had but the homeowner wasn't there when the hurricane came they had to leave they asked their daughter who lives not far to get fed x to pick them up and send back cause they sat there so long. I was furious with the business and a bit upset with the homeowner but it was in his way to get out of their front door. I contacted the company they put you thru so many steps to ticket it to wait to get a response. Several phone calls several emails no response except they'd see what happened even though I told them. They kept talking in circles. The one service rep who handles this kind of thing actually told me to go to old address and get them lol I tried that don't they read their own notes or correspondence between each other. Heck no that's why they went to wrong address twice cause someone didn't do their job . On top of that they did contact the distributor and they were no where to be found . Well great now my $900 is gone. So what did the service personnel tell me to do again go to the old address and get them . well I again said don't you understand there not there they went to incorrect address so they were sent back . They kept saying case closed . No one truly helps once they have your money. It's sad , so I am now disputing it with paypal and praying it gets resolved. I had to buy the fans again this time another company and at least I know they are heading in the right direction . This company gives you tracking info and mapping sites to watch when your merchandise leaves warehouse so you know when to expect them. So nothing gets lost. It's truly truly sad what this company put me through for over 4 months . I don't recommend them stay away.

Once you actually finally break down and make you thinking it's a good idea they just leave you in limbo unknown. No communication. If they finally do call you with some random "project manager" they will set up a date to install that means nothing to them at the crazy time of 6 am Then no call no show. But if you cancel on them or want to reschedule it's a $500 dollar fee. The best they will do is respond when they feel like it with a "we are trying to get you a couple months paid" on your 20 year loan.
