For anyone searching for a dependable and professional tree service company, I'm here to save you…read moretime and aggravation: go with Adrian's - he's the best! I spent time looking and investigating several tree service companies to cut down my old dying apple tree. I called, texted, and emailed 5 highly rated companies, 2 didn't even bother to respond. 2 others did respond and came out to give their estimates. It's kind of surprising the different ranges these groups charge. One guy was very concerned about some cement in the tree and had all sorts of excuses - I could only think to myself: it's your profession, be a man and stop whining. Finally, I found Adrian's! He responded quickly to my call, he came out when he said he would. He looked over the services needed, and gave me a reasonable estimate. He and his crew came as scheduled and were very professional in cutting down the tree. I was very impressed with how methodical and careful they were, especially since the tree was near the house! They pruned some other trees for me and cleaned up the yard perfectly. I was so impressed I had them come back to cut down my neighbors tree that was surrounded by wires. Once again, they did an outstanding job and made quick work of a large tree. I highly recommend Adrian and his great crew!

We have more than five drivers in our household, so expanding our parking area to keep all our…read morevehicles off the street--especially during winter snow--became essential. I reached out to Wes at Next Gen Hardscapes, and he quickly came by to assess our space, offering a range of solutions that best fit our needs. Wes was thorough and transparent in discussing all the options. We decided to go with recycled asphalt (something I didn't even know was available!), and it's been a fantastic choice. The durability and how well it packs down have really exceeded our expectations. The project kicked off the very next day, and Wes overdelivered in every way. He finished in just three days and kept us updated each step of the way, which made a huge difference in the overall experience. The open communication, professionalism, and quality of work made this a great investment for our family. I highly recommend Wes and Next Gen Hardscapes for any concrete, paving, or hardscaping needs. Whether it's stamped concrete, firepits, or paving, Wes's professionalism and commitment to quality make him stand out!

I respectfully replied that I had already made my point clear and that I did not wish to have further contact. Despite that, he sent me another message -- this time pressuring me to remove my review and essentially blaming me for everything. To be clear: I paid my bill. I acknowledged it was late. What I cannot accept is being threatened with a lien on my home over $250, and then being personally harassed by the business owner when I shared my honest experience. I stand by my review. Reviews exist so customers can share their experiences, good or bad, without being intimidated into silence. For me, this stopped being about a sprinkler bill a long time ago -- it's about how a company chooses to treat people. And the way Yard Masters chose to treat me was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.
