We paid $506.22 at the time. This weekend, the sink fell off the countertop. Since this was installed in a rental unit and Out of the Woods is not open on the weekend, we had to pay a handyman $250 to fix. Out of the Woods indicates they will not guarantee the sink install that they did in 2021 because it was a fabrication only. They indicate whoever installed should have used clips. This was not communicated to us at the time and nowhere in the very long list of Terms & Conditions that we signed off on does it indicate they don't guarantee fabrication work and nowhere on the detailed invoice with specs and detailed info regarding work done does it indicate anything additional is needed to support the sink. Very, very disappointed as we feel we were seriously overcharged at the time since we provided the granite and sink and all they had to do was the backsplash and sink cut out and attach the sink. We really feel taken advantage of.

The quality control here is non-existent. We have to re-do as much of it as we can - it'll cost a ton of money and be a huge time sink. An absolute nightmare

What impressed me was that he was able to get me wholesale prices, the project started and ended on time while working in conjunction with the interior house painter, and while he was doing the installation he was creative and responsible about handling installation issues that came up without charging me extra. This was for a new build! We went through Lowe's to get our…read morecountertops which was bedrock quartz. When it was installed it was not at all like what we picked out. Color was completely in another color. Then the side piece to the stove was cut crooked and when the installers were installing the large piece, they scatched my new microwave. I had a migraine that day and was in my living room and heard them whispering, and now I know why. When contacted they were not going to do Anything to fix what they had done, including installing the right countertop that I had selected. I then went back to Lowes and the manager at the Lehi American Fork store came to my house, said that he could see that it wasn't right and that he was gonna fix it and then did nothing!!! I then emailed five different corporate offices with Lowes and finally had a lady get back to me and I worked with her for 3 months to get the problem fixed, which during all of this, my kitchen was not able to be funct and so I could not use my sink or my dishwasher. It was very inconvenient. If you're working with bedrock courts, do not trust that the sample piece that you pick out will be what you actually get. Make sure you document everything.
