The rep, Scott, I spoke with was to give me a call with a quote which never happened. I called them 3 separate times and each time I was promised a call back which never happened. How does a company survives with this type of service is beyond me. If this is how this company operates I would hate to see the shit show performing a project. Needless to say, I decided to go elsewhere.

In 2021, we provided Into the Woods a small granite slab for a counter top which they cut a…read morebacksplash from and did a cut out for a sink. We also provided an undermount sink for them to attach. At the time, they indicated they had difficulty attaching the sink, so it took a few extra days for it to be ready for pick up. We paid $506.22 at the time. This weekend, the sink fell off the countertop. Since this was installed in a rental unit and Out of the Woods is not open on the weekend, we had to pay a handyman $250 to fix. Out of the Woods indicates they will not guarantee the sink install that they did in 2021 because it was a fabrication only. They indicate whoever installed should have used clips. This was not communicated to us at the time and nowhere in the very long list of Terms & Conditions that we signed off on does it indicate they don't guarantee fabrication work and nowhere on the detailed invoice with specs and detailed info regarding work done does it indicate anything additional is needed to support the sink. Very, very disappointed as we feel we were seriously overcharged at the time since we provided the granite and sink and all they had to do was the backsplash and sink cut out and attach the sink. We really feel taken advantage of.

But more importantly than prices, she and her team are DEPENDABLE. We all know how frustrating it is to work with contractors and they never show up on time and they show up when they want without caring about your schedule. Both times I've worked with Lucy, her team came out on time for EVERYTHING from quote to template to actual installation. Which is especially important on a project like this last one on a very strict time constraint. The quality of workmanship is top notch too. Her team is efficient yet very meticulous in installing your countertops perfectly. I've referred her to some of my friends and they all agreed that Elegant does a great job and at a reasonable price.

The crew showed up right on schedule, protected the surrounding cabinets and floors, and finished the install in a single day no mess, no drama. It's rare to find contractors who blend craftsmanship, clear communication, and fair pricing so well, but Evertops nailed it. If you want beautiful countertops without the headaches, this is your one-stop shop. Highly recommend. They can improve selection of natural stone .

The quality control here is non-existent. We have to re-do as much of it as we can - it'll cost a ton of money and be a huge time sink. An absolute nightmare

I am an absentee owner of a rental house in Salt Lake. I was placing the house up for sale and it needed new laminate flooring, carpet, and tile installed. When contacted they were not going to do Anything to fix what they had done, including installing the right countertop that I had selected. I then went back to Lowes and the manager at the Lehi American Fork store came to my house, said that he could see that it wasn't right and that he was gonna fix it and then did nothing!!! I then emailed five different corporate offices with Lowes and finally had a lady get back to me and I worked with her for 3 months to get the problem fixed, which during all of this, my kitchen was not able to be funct and so I could not use my sink or my dishwasher.
