I called Thursday morning with a mainline backup, meaning no showers, toilets, laundry, or dishwasher use. They couldn't come until Friday, which I accepted. Friday morning, I called for an ETA, only to learn they'd canceled my appointment entirely (no reschedule) to handle an emergency for a large client (Salt Lake Airport). They didn't offer evening Friday or Saturday service--just canceled. I ended up waiting until Monday for another plumber (from another company), adding three more days without any water use in the house. I understand prioritizing major clients, but abruptly dropping a residential customer in a true emergency isn't acceptable. They should have made it work, even if late Friday or early Saturday. While I appreciate the honesty reputation, I strongly advise against calling them for anything urgent.

They took my call right away, said they understood my urgency and would see if they could get someone to me quickly. It turned out they were able to do so! The fellas they sent worked quickly and described the issue along with giving some tips on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. By 1pm on Monday afternoon my water heater was back up and running! All told I was charged $180 and I'd do it again given the circumstances. He explained to me how to relieve the water heater bladder pressure once or twice a year and what to do if I had any issues with the pressure regulator. He is TOP NOTCH ethical, kind, professional and affordable. One of a kind. He was over $1,000 less (and in some cases over $2,000 less) than his competitors.
