He was kind and professional as he checked the issue and also observed and quoted several other needed repairs. The quotes were clear and quick. He did such a good job that I called him when we ran into some repairs above our skill level at our residence. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issues, gave me several quote options for additional items and had the jobs finished within a few hours. Brycen was great and made what I thought was going to be a home re-finance job into something we were able to handle. So today, Tony came by for an inspection and made sure my sister's HVAC system was running as it should. I had her sign up for the same plan as ours. Tony was also very friendly and reassuring. Being senior citizens, sometimes we are not treated well - but these guys? They made us feel special and that's a big deal to us. Tony was not rushed and explained everything to us. I have dealt with one of the "BIG GUYS HVAC" companies in the past, and was very disenchanted with the whole scare tactics they employed.
