They came in and leveled everything, brought in some extra top soil including a higher quality soil to encourage better lawn. Our property is quite large, nearly half an acre, even with the size of our yard they still had it all done in just one day. After they walked through the whole area with us to make sure it was done right. Steven has been very responsive with concerns and questions. They have committed to help us get our weeds under control once the grass is coming in and they will reseed twice if there are areas that didn't grow in as well.

Claudio made sure everything was clean, straight and nicely finished. It was exactly what I wanted and could have hoped for. Nothing was overlooked and no corners were cut at all. It gave me the impression that he was doing the job as if he was doing it for his grandmother and wanted to be proud of the final product. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is because scheduling was hard to predict. I didn't really know when the job was going to happen. It made me nervous and gave me unneeded stress. My wife wanted me to cancel and try someone else. In the end, I'm glad that Claudio and his crew were the ones I stuck with.
