Don't do it. I would definitely not recommend this business after calling them and being quoted…read moreOne Price I received a bill weeks later for more than what the quote was. They came to the house spent an hour-and-a-half there did not pull any of the weeds that I had asked for they did a very basic lawn mowing they trim down a bunch of dry grass I had on the back and then left it on the ground without backing it up and there was tons of uneven places where there was still grass sticking up all over the lawn. I asked him to trim the bushes in the front of my house they trim them all completely crooked instead of just cutting them straight across and making the square top on my big bushes they cut them so uneven so it look like I had messed up devil horns in the front of my home. After calling and talking to the owner the owner told me he would look into it talk to the lady I rented the house to and said that I will contact the owner which is me and that he would get back to me and we would figure out the difference. three weeks later I get a bill in the mail for more than the quoted price and no call back from the owner. So after I called the owner and told him what was going on he said that all the lady told me that you would pay for it so we billed you for it.I said well is that the quality that I can expect from your business after that he said I don't care what you think quality is that's what the prices cuz my guys were there for an hour and a half after pointing out all of the problems he told me that I was a liar that he had checked it out himself so apparently the customer is not always right. After telling him that I work for a larger company that is all about customer service because he was speaking so rudely he told me that I was a $10 an hour employee which I'm not and that I rented a crappy house in Riverdale which is a 5 bedroom 3 story house and told me that I don't know what I'm talking about and that I am just some salesman that won't ever shut up and then he ended the conversation on telling me to F myself and hung up in my face so if you're looking for somebody to do a really bad job and then when you call them on it they cuss you out and talk to you that way then that would be the place to go if you're looking for somebody with quality I will not recommend Larson's Lawn Care I deal with 3800 different accounts all the way through the Chamber of Commerce and Utah and I would not recommend not one of my people to go there and deal with them especially not someone that is going to cuss you out and be rude to you in a threatening manner and that's their owner

Edit: This company only pretends to be helpful after getting negative reviews on Yelp. Their…read moreresponse when I called in was the absolute opposite of being helpful. Let me specifically note that I asked for a respray in my call and they told me that they 100 percent refused to do so. Now only after posting this review, they are claiming that they provide resprays. Just amazing how much they suddenly care only after receiving a negative review. (End of edit). This company used to care about customer service in previous years, but there has been a horrible drop off. I have been a customer for years. They would thoroughly spray your lawn and if they didn't do a good job, they would come back. That is the only thing that made their very high prices worth it. However, in the last year or so, they have become a genuinely awful and unreliable company. I have repeatedly had weeds pop up because they do not do a thorough job and then when I ask them to re-treat the flower beds, it is an enormous hassle getting them to agree to come back and they fail to properly spray the weeds again. Today was the final straw. They arrived just before it started raining and left right when it was raining. When I texted them to make sure that would come back and complete the job, the office manager claimed that they had done the whole house. I informed them that I have cameras around my house and I had proof that the technician did not complete my yard. Regardless of my proffer to provide them the videos, she did not care at all. She said that she was certain that they did the complete yard. I also want to specify that the office manager in particular was particularly unhelpful. She could not care less about customers. It is amazing that a customer facing company would hire people who care so little about long-time customers. I want to promise you that if you use Stewart's, you will regret it. Avoid them like the plague. They are very highly priced, they could not care less about their customers or doing a good job. Please find a better service.

I called Stewart after two other aeration companies made appointments and just didn't show up. My…read moremother has a decent sized property - about 25,000 square feet of lawn. She'd been trying to get it aerated, and had made reservations with two separate companies, both of which left her hanging. I was pretty frustrated with one of them because they made her get up at six in the morning to put little flags all over the yard by the sprinkler heads. And then the guy didn't even have the decency to call to let her know he wasn't coming. I wish I knew the name of that company so I could tell people not to use them, but my sister made the appointment - I think it was a one-man outfit. So I hit the pages of Yelp and started looking. Stewart got great reviews so I called them up. They were one of the few companies that would even do it; many aeration shops were shut down for the summer. I got a friendly voice on the line quickly that told me all about Stewart. He explained that they are a little more expensive than some companies, but highlighted the benefits. The main thing I needed was someone to actually do what they promised and show up. Stewart over-delivered. They said they were booked about a week out, I said that was fine. They came out in less than a week and did a great job. They didn't make my mom put the little flags out, and they didn't damage any sprinklers. I can't recommend these guys enough. Yes, you might pay a little more, but "you get what you pay for" really rings true with Stewart.

10/10 would highly recommend!…read more We had three trees that were causing us problems. The large one in the front (over 30ft tall) was starting to grow into our pipes while the two in the back (also over 30ft) were growing over the fence and into the neighbor's yard. They were getting to be too much for us to handle, so we started shopping around. We received quotes from 3 different tree removal companies and ultimately decided to go with Tuttle Tree Removal. Not only did they have the best price, but they were very knowledgeable and respectful (unlike another company who blocked my car in all day while removing my neighbor's trees). They removed the front tree first and it didn't seem to take them long at all. They arrived at 8:30 and were done by noon! The other two trees had to be removed on a different day since Gavin needed to use the farmer's field and it had been raining. Once it dried out and he was granted the farmer's permission, Gavin and his team took out the two trees even faster than the first tree. They also chopped some wood for the farmer (so nice!). A week later they sent a guy out to grind all of the stumps down. It was taking him a little longer than normal because he was being respectful and trying to not destroy our flowerbed, so we told him to go crazy with it because we didn't care. I would HIGHLY recommend Tuttle tree service! Gavin and his crew were respectful and efficient. We have two more trees we need removed and we'll be sure to reach out to them next year.
