They never called me back saying it's ready for the downpayment so they can order the screen, so it was just sitting in their shop for a week and I had to go in there to check because the semester started 4 days earlier. Then they ordered it and I waited 2 weeks for them to call me to say it came and is ready to replace. They never called, so I had to go in to see if the screen came in. When paying for the rest of it, they forgot to include the downpayment that I had, so I paid an extra $200 (which I went back a couple days later to get reimbursed). The screen itself is low quality plastic. It's not as smooth as the glass I had, and something got messed up in the sensors and sometimes doesn't work. They didn't even ask if I wanted a plastic screen, they just went ahead and replaced it with this trash. Gave them 2 stars because I don't have to see a crack on my screen anymore.
