It pains me to give this company a poor review. I sent my watch twice from out of state. I waited five months and after two separate attempts to refurbish my watch, it is still is not right. They replaced the crystal as part of the repair (Wrong crystal). Elapsed time bezel is now so loose it cannot be used to track dive time. The watch loses about 30 seconds a day. These are unacceptable issues to have when you spend $1450 on service. VERY disappointed. T-8020 read more

sent in Oris Aquis that had a completely frozen up rotating bezel. They said we can fix ...six weeks later they returned the watch with a bezel that could only be turned with brute force...it seized up in 5 minutes..sent them a video...I have requested details on "parts" installed and after 2 weeks they have not sent this info...they have tried to call but not talking need in writing...will not send back for a second chance repair as this was enough to convince me to move on....have now sent to authorized Oris center and will soon know what was done. $400 for absolutely nothing. Went in to get a battery replaced in my Seiko of 37 years. Long haired kid behind the counter told me it was $40 to change the battery and "service" the watch with a year warranty. I asked what the service was and he said they replaced the battery, the gasket and put silicone sealant on it, I said I just wanted the battery done, and he said they use $15 Swiss batteries. Well, Renata 377 batteries are about $1.30/ ea. and it takes about 5 mins to pop the back, replace the battery, and put it back on. If I ever need a $480/ hour business I guess I know what to do now. naturally, I declined to ever do business with them. Further I will advise other not to do business with them as well. read more

I took a watch that it's sterling silver and they said it needed repair. It took 2 months and a half to be done and they charged me 197.00 dollars. Is still not working. I went back and the kid that was there thought it needed a new battery because the one it had was not good. It started working for the first 15 minutes and it started slowing down until it finally stopped. The watch is still not working. They charged me 25 dollars for ea battery for my other two watches. I never had a good feeling about them and it started when they charged me so much for the batteries I am not going there any more and I don't recommend them read more

Raymond and Alyssa have great customer service. I walked in with three watches to be serviced and 20 minutes later we were walking out the door. They greeted us immediately upon arrival with welcoming attitudes. They assured us it an easy fix to replace to batteries and resize a band. Upon on return, the band was too tight and they immediately sized it to fit. These two are a great asset to their employer. Went in today with a friend to have a few batteries installed in a Tag Heuer and Tissot watch. I also had a Tag that I needed to add a link to the band. To make a long story short the guy at the counter had never heard of these brands of watches.... To add to the story.... He quoted me $20 to add the link (I told him that I bought 2 watches from them last week, trying to get a deal,which didn't work) and $90 for each of the other two watches. $200 total.....Yikes! We decided to walk down to Kay's Jewelers to see what they could do and what it would cost. They replaced the two batteries, added the link to my watch for a fair price. $26.71 to be exact. I know that sometimes things happen. I sent my concord watch for some repair and modifications. One year later my watch arrives with components taken out and replaced with less than acceptable parts. The dial was bright white it came back off white. The back of the watch was supposed to be plated with gold. It came back totally all gold removed. I will say after complaining they did refund the payment of $3000.00 back to me. They were very skeptical about my concerns. My jeweler assured me the watch was totally not running right and requested work I had waited for almost a year was not done as agreed. I will never use Times Ticking with my watches ever again. read more

I have taken two watches to them at different times. One was a Bulova and the other was an Invicta. Needless to say. They lost the Bulova and later found it and I got it back 4 months later. I wrecked my motorcycle with the Invicta on, brand new, so I took it to them to have the crystal replaced and the broken stem replaced. It took them 6 months and $200 to repair it and get it back to me. I paid $200 because I just wanted the watch repaired. But if I would have known it would have taken so long I wouldn't have dropped it off to them. 6 Months read more

This would be a zero star rating if I could give zero. On the 29th of September 2016 I took two watches to the Layton Hills Mall location at 3:20pm to get batteries replaced. One was an older pocket watch the other an older Timex digital chronograph. Didn't get the ladies name who took care of me but she rang us up at 3:59:58 pm as cashier number22. She sold me a line of crap for a" Tune Up" on the Timex to include the battery change and clean out the back of the watch when they opened it up and clean the band, replace the gasket on the back to reseal it so it maintains its water resistance and put silicone on the gasket. Well I got home and noticed the back was not clocked in the right position, so I popped it off to rotate it to the right position. They cleaned nothing, replaced nothing, and didn't even tighten the screws back down on the battery retainer. The back of the watch was dirty, thank goodness I had already cleaned the band at home with ammonia, works great on the stainless band. I then checked this watch on Google, it is not water resistant at all. I am glad I just had a battery put in the pocket watch or I would have been screwed out of another $20.00. I have had watch batteries replaced at a local jeweler for $10.00 per watch, so no big deal on that. But the $20.00 "Tune Up" is a load of CRAP. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS HERE, THEY ARE OUT TO PICK YOUR POCKET. Further more they don't know squat about watches!! I am glad I sent my two prized vintage Seiko directly to Seiko!! I sent my Concord in for a battery replacement at the Hill Field Rd location in Layton, Utah. There are no longer any Concord dealers in the Phoenix area. They called me within a week of sending, it, at a fair price for a battery and service for this type of watch. They got it back to me in a week, and it is running great. Will use them again for my next watch repair! read more

I sent my Citizen Eco-Drive in for a new band and a request for an estimate on replacing/refurbishing the crystal and bezel. As this was the only working watch I owned, I wore it for everything and did not treat it with much TLC; thus some dings and chips on the face, in addition to the totally trashed band. TT kept me informed every step of the way with a voicemail noting receipt, another when they started the evaluation, and finally a personal phone call with the estimate. The bill for the whole grocery list was $187.50, which I was a little hesitant to pay since this was not the most expensive of the "expensive" Citizens. However, I really do like the watch and wanted it to look nice again - so I bit the bullet. What I received about 2 weeks later was basically a new watch! I really couldn't tell the difference from when I had first purchased it. I now have a nice "beater" Casio hand-me-down I'm using for daily/rough wear so I can give my "new" Citizen the care it deserves. I'm very satisfied with the service from Times Ticking, and quite frankly at a loss at the poor reviews from the folks who went to the store. I took my Citizen Solar-Tech (Precursor to Eco-Drive) World Timer watch in to be dried, as it had some condensation on the inside of the crystal. I was told it would take a week to get back to me. Two weeks after I dropped it off, I got a call informing me that my watch needed new movement, at a price of $238. They said that it stopped moving, stopped ticking. I asked if they had exposed it to any sunlight, as the capacitor could easily drain over the course of two weeks. They assured me that the movement was fouled due to moisture, and it needed to be replaced. I asked for them to return the watch to me, I would have it inspected elsewhere. That was two and a half months ago. I never received any phone calls to update me on anything, when I called the Newgate Mall location, the clerk, who was very friendly and tried his best to help, informed me that he didn't know where my watch was, and he assumed it was still with "a specialist." I finally got a call today to pick up my watch. I walked out of the mall, and the watch started ticking immediately, even though it was a cloudy day. Their staff and specialists couldn't figure out that my watch was solar powered, even after I told them. They never tried to charge it. They insisted that it was broken. They lost it for over two months. I did finally get it back, but the bezel is now stuck, when it used to rotate to indicate time zones. Never take your watch to Time's Ticking for repairs. They never did anything to fix mine, I didn't have it for three months, and it's in worse shape now than when I dropped it off. read more

I sent in my wounded Casio Sea Pathfinder watch for a repair. It died while snorkeling and I was hoping to get it repaired. I shipped the watch, Time's Ticking contacted me when it arrived and told me they'd get back to me with an estimate. As it turns out they had to ship it to Casio because of the extent of the water damage. In the end, Casio no longer had parts for it, yet offered me $150 credit toward a new watch. I was bummed that the Sea Pathfinder died, but happy with the credit. I was dealing with Jared throughout the process who was friendly and kept me informed. My new Casio watch arrived within the time frame expressed. I can't be happier with the service I received. Additionally, I own a Titanium Sea Pathfinder in working order and will be shipping it to Time's Ticking for batteries replacement and to get it water pressure tested so it doesn't suffer the same fate as the other one. read more

Well, when we went to pick it up they charged $25.95. Oh, your watch needed a more expensive battery. Wish they would have told us up front that it needed a more expensive battery. I have bought a few 'fun' little clocks here and get my batteries changed here all the time, plus new watch bands. It is a nice store with attentive, nice people working. My latest purchase, a lifetime battery for one of my favorite watches, was handled by Andrew and Noah (Noah actually did the work). There was a girl working when I dropped it off but was gone when I went back, I didn't get her name. All three of these people were so kind and helpful. I realize it was changing a battery, but I wouldn't dare do it, especially on a favorite watch! These kids (sorry, they're kids to me, lol) were so pleasant and helpful, a nice change in this day and age. Thank you so much to the girl who took my info, Noah, who did the work and Andrew, who was a delight to talk to. The lifetime batteries have gone up in price, but you pay a one time fee and batteries are replaced for free for the life of your watch, great idea.
