I bent the crown on an engagement ring bought elsewhere. The center stone ended up falling out. I had called the original manufacturer and was told it would take 6+ weeks to get it fixed. I stopped by Aaron's on a whim and was told they could replace the crown with something more sturdy and I'd have it back in a week. So I went for it and I'm so glad I did! I had a really damaged wedding ring. Stone on the side was missing, center stone fell out, and the prongs were all messed up. Took it into Aaron's to get it fixed and it looks better than I remember it looking when I first got it! The stones and prongs look absolutely phenomenal. Aaron's Jewelry is the place to go if you want Custom pieces made or any jewelry Repaired. Don't waste your time with some Mall or Department Store Jeweler! They have all the craftsmen and equipment on site and offer FAST turn around for a very affordable price. I brought several pieces of my own antique family jewelry into Aaron's (some from early 1900's). They salespeople were able to tell me immediately about the stones and the construction of the pieces. I re-sized several rings, had a necklace created from a single stone and necklace I provided, repaired several pieces of broken costume jewelry and replaced some missing precious stones in an antique ring. Every time I have had work done there, it took only a few days to finish (Even during the Valentine's Day RUSH!) The pieces have all come back cleaned and beautiful, just as promised. They took great care of the jewelry I brought in and appreciated the sentimental value they represented to me. I was surprised to find such a beautiful store on busy 1900 West. It is in between a Dollar store and an Auto Mechanic place. I am so glad I stopped in! Aaron's has a lot of fantastic jewelry on hand, representing a whole range of prices. However, they have no problem ordering anything you want from a catalog. Each time I have had something ordered (even if it is for a repair/creation), it arrives fast and is always done right when they say it will be (usually sooner!). I was blown away with how cheap it was to get repairs, resizing and other work done. For example for less than $25 I had rings re-sized on site, finished quickly, cleaned beautifully and returned in a jewelry box. They could not have made any money off of the resizing... I saved a bunch of money on my budget and decided to buy some other jewelry for family members too! Undoubtedly their mission is to win you over with their customer service... so that you will want to come back. I have been to the store about a half dozen times now, to pick up and purchases jewelry. I have seen people in this store from all walks of life and with all different budgets. Each person was treated with respect and a great deal of effort always seems to be made to ensure the customer is happy. Even the youngest sales person was surprisingly knowledgeable. She seemed to work with experience beyond her years and took excellent care of the people she was serving. This is a local family owned/operated business and have been around for several generations. A wonderful shout out to Aaron's Jewlers! My glasses broke and I dreaded having to go to an eye doctor with the Covid breakout. My glass frames were discontinued and my prescription was expired. When I called about my glass frames, the wonderful assistant suggested a jeweler to see if they could possibly fix them. She suggested Aaron's. So thankful and so very relieved.
