And in the event that a disc is too damaged, they'll show you exactly what is happening and still let you choose whether or not you want to proceed. The transparency here is extremely appreciated. Something as simple as me wanting to know more about how they fixed another customer's PS5 HDMI port and they showed me everything I needed to know and also gave me tips and tricks for if I ever needed to do it myself. They're website took a sec for me to get used to, but they had a lot of info about screen repairs and they helped explain everything super well. They even have a live chat that you can ask questions on at random hours!! It was super useful and I was able to book my repair online. (I'd try to be respectful and use their web chat at normal hours though). Anyways, when their tech Ron came to my house he was super friendly and helpful. He did the repair and helped explain my options. It took less than 20 minutes. I've had other repairs before, and this one is by far the best and I know I have a quality repair because of the research I was able to do online.
