I don't know if they build the greatest computers on the planet. If that was the kind of knowledge…read moreI could figure out then I could probably build my own computer. So we will have to take that little gem at face value and talk about the things we DO know. First, they build a great computer for a guy like me. Our family uses it for things like storage, taxes, some light gaming, and uses that are becoming more and more outdated. They do it what I believe to be a reasonable price and I have never left unhappy about my purchases. My favorite thing about this store is the customer service. I believe they truly "love you" and take care of the folks spending money here. Friendly from the time you drop off your old door-stop to the time you walk out with it repaired or a new P.C. Other computer shops have been very, very condescending when I admit I have little to no knowledge and ask them to "dumb it down" for me. Not PC Laptops, they chuckle and break it down to the lowest common denominator for me. I like that. So I will continue to not know how to build a computer and keep coming back here for my PC needs.

He quickly assessed and resolved the issue within minutes. I highly recommend PC Laptops, particularly Build Manager Jacob Hardy, for any technical concerns with laptops, tablets, or computers. Thank you for your assistance, and I anticipate being a returning customer.

Unfortunately my screen was also damaged and needed replacement, and because I explained the situation, the manager, Kyle, offered to get me taken care of for half of what it would have cost me elsewhere. I did end up subscribing to AsurionHome+ per Chandler's recommendation which is a part of why they took care of me so well. Even though I didn't end up having the screen replaced (it makes more sense to just get a new phone), I am grateful that they offered to take care of me in a way that ensured I didn't pay a whole bunch out of pocket. This is a place that definitely takes care of their people, and I'll definitely be back if any electronics need work done on them. Shoutout to Chandler for being the man and taking care of me from the get-go in a way that made me feel assured and taken care of, making the stress of the whole thing much less than it would have been otherwise! I normally don't leave Google reviews but because of the impeccable service I received, I did this time!

I hadn't dared to attempt to buy a refurbished phone because of horror stories I've heard from friends. A few weeks ago my son took his iPhone for a swim and we found ourselves in the market for a new one. I was skeptical at first but Brad quickly put my mind at ease as he was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He also works quickly and efficiently.
