I dropped something on my iPhone and the while the screen wasn't cracked, it was completely black. He made the repair there and once the screen was working, we discovered that the pro camera was broken as well. Nikita ordered the part and had it the next day while others said it would take 1-2 weeks. He moved some appointments around to be able to come back to my house the day he received the part because we were heading out of town the next morning. The phone works great and he was a pleasure to work with.

We went on a Friday early afternoon and called beforehand to estimate how long the appointment would take. Thankfully they weren't super busy so they could get us in. The male employee helped us with my mom's account. He was patience as I asked all the questions to help my mom determine which phone storage is best for her and what phone camera is necessary or not. We finally settled on the iPhone 17 for her and got a screen protector since we got her phone case online. We learned her trade in phone would need to be mailed in within the next 30 days. The visit was less than an hour since we had them do the transfer over WiFi. No issues!
