Is what I was told, they did not offer to DO ANYTHING. I asked for an invoice of the disc drive they purchased for my Xbox. I was shown an invoice for a disc drive on EBAY. Seriously? They bought a part from an unknown vendor & cant provide me with any kind if serial number, part number or item number. They could have offered to open it up & re-look at it. But nope apparently I have to believe that they did replace it, but they don't have to believe me that the 1st disc we put in it is still in it. We have 2 cell phones that need repairs that I WILL NOT BE TAKING THERE.
